Terminix - Charlotte -Termite & Pest Control

It went well, but we did not use their service.

I have a quarterly contract with them. It is exceptional. They are always on time. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They are reasonable. I would recommend them.

Chad, the technician, arrived on time and even called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm his arrival. He was courteous and informative. While he found no pests, he did make me aware of other services that he could perform - but was not pushy in trying to sell these services to me.

They were very good. They did good work. I would recommend them. I think they are very professional. I have not seen any spiders. I have them spray the outside of my house.

Steve would usually call us before he came but he doesn't give us that courtesy anymore. We are not totally pleased with them. They come out less now and have raised the price.

They come out once a year for a general pest control for the house. They also come to check the termite traps. We have been very happy with the work they have done. They have actually found termites and fixed the problem. They had someone to come out and fix the house because there was some small damage. They check the traps and if they find termites in the trap they would replace the bait and everything that goes in the trap.

We've used them for two years. We pay $110 per quarter. We've only had to call them once in addition to their normal service because we've only had one problem and they didn't charge for the extra service. They seem to be conscientious and they get the job done. We haven't had any problems. I don't pretend to be an expert so I don't know if they are price competitive but they do a good job.

They always do what they say they are going to do. I would recommend them.

We have used them since 1980. I like their employees, as you have to feel comfortable with them coming to your home. They are very thorough on the inside and outside of home. They call you and to remind you of routine inspections, you don't have to call them.
