This has been a very poor customer experience. One of Terminix’s technicians stopped by my address and did a consult two weeks ago in which he provided me with an estimate for fire ant treatment. Because It had recently rained here in the Charlotte area (week of 12/4-12/8 2017), he could not perform the services as guaranteed that week, but he did promise to follow up with me as soon as weather conditions allowed for him to come back and finish the treatment. I had to call him back two times (he promised to get back me each of those times) and I still have not so much as heard back from him as of today. Therefore, I have decided to go with another vendor, but I am advising any potential customers of Terminix here on Angie’s list to really reconsider your options when looking for pest control service providers because “Bigger” doesn’t always mean that you’ll get the “Best” customer experience!!!

They were good. They got a little pricey for one thing. The price kept going up and up. I'd give them all "A'" except for pricing. They did what the contract said. They are a bit pricey. They came on time. I probably would use them again if I wanted to spend that but I could probably get it cheaper. They were good they had to replace a window one time where termites had eaten up and they did that, they replaced it. They were good on that.

My husband met with them and told me it was a good impression. He wanted to go with them instead of another company. I would use them again for a quote.

Even though they are a national company, they seem local. Even when I call I know the lady and she knows me. The same guy comes out every time. Great, he knocks on the door before he starts and we talk then he does the job. Only request is to have the ability to pay online.

The guys are usually prompt. They call me on their way over to make sure I am home to get in the house to check. Then they put the things over their shoes so they are not messing up the carpet.

We have a regular contracted service for that. They come on a regular basis. They come 4 times a year. They just show up and do it when it's time, and call us. That is all I know. They have been providing service for a bunch years. We are very pleased with them. I will continue using services with them as long as they do well. I have used them all these years because they are dependable and their quality. What I like most about them is their dependability and their quality.

I think we had 3 mice we caught and they came out. Our cats wouldn't catch them, but the trap did and they came out and treated for them and that was the end of them.

I don't know what they used, it must have something nuclear because they got rid of them quick. The same guy will be coming. Just one guy comes. He explains the tools and chemicals, and stuff like that. I would use them again.

inspection was fine, quote for treatment was fair but above our budget.

I have used this company forever. They come every three months and I have a special deal that offers me a discount. Originally I had a problem with carpenter bees at my house that I used to have so I called Terminix . They are know to come back so we had them come again. When we saw a field mouse we called them again and have been using them ever since. At our new home they are using preventive measures against field mice by setting traps in my garage.

It went well. They come out and do what they have to do. They leave and bill us for their service. They're prompt and notify us when they're coming out, or let us know that our services are due. They schedule a date to come out and do what they have to do. They have been providing service for 15 years.

They need to get rid of the computer scheduling. They don't have anyone to call if you have a problem or difficultly.
