Description of Work: just checked for termites as per contract. had much trouble ten years ago when they diagnosed termites, then learned that I had a 20 yr old contract to pay for any termite damage. the diagnosis changed to carpenter ants which I paid to eradicate.

Description of Work: I have an annual contract for termites and other insects. A service man comes quarterly. They are always prompt and polite and do additional spraying in pine needles around my flower beds if I ask them. I am well pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I called the number and I was referred to another phone number in my area. I left a message at that number (identified in the voice mail as Terminex) and no one ever called me back. That was my experience...not very good...I never called them back because I figured if they can't even call me back when I want to make an appointment it doesn't bode well for calls back when or if I have a problem with their service.

Fast, courteous service!
Description of Work: We are serviced by the Huntersville location. Annual termite inspection. The serviceman went the extra mile by knocking down cobwebs in the garage and around doorways. He also lightly sprayed for spiders in the garage, crawl space, and outdoor utility closet.
