Gustaro Perez was on time, very polite, worked quickly all day. He missed the first scheduled day due to prediction of rain, no one called. They tried very hard to keep in contact after I complained about missed appointment. Time will tell us how well the guards work and if they trap debris.

They were great. They were very helpful with our estimate as we had a wall in the kitchen we wanted to replace & pant as well as a minor painting to 2 other rooms. They worked efficiently and thoroughly they exceeded our expectations.

The painting team was on time, courteous, professional, quick. They were very good about covering and protecting everything. After they were done, I couldn't even tell they had been there except the walls looked great!

The crew was pleasant. Began one day later than planned. One Saturday could have possibly worked. It was sunny most of the day. Otherwise, all went well.

Very sloppy work, paint drops and slips everywhere. Also price keep changing because they would only do have the work. They painted a fence with once quote and then said they would need more money to paint the gate which was attached to the fence. They also up charged us for premium paint base on our request and then we found out later they used cheap contractor grade paint. Would not recommend. More concerned about the selling the job then the work it self.

Overall positive. There could have been a little more attention to detail while painting as I've found several drips after they left.

They said they would move furniture. They moved it but did not move it back and left it in the center of the room. They splashed paint all over my furniture, my floors, my light fixtures. They didn't take the switch plates off and there is still paint on some of those. They got paint spray on my towel rack fixtures. When they would wash their brushes at the top of the hill with my hose; they got paint all over my fence. They left garbage at the top of the hill. The hose was still at the top of the hill and not returned. I basically paid them to cover up the paint they slopped over my baseboards. They charged $471 to paint the baseboards and I paid them to cover up their sloppiness. We have a small refrigerator upstairs that we didn't empty or move because it wasn't against a wall or baseboard and they broke the door on the refrigerator. They had drips off paint when they were painting the wall that were not smoothed down; they just let it drip down my wall. It was just a really bad job. I've had other houses painted where the contractors removed the mirrors and painted behind and this company didn't do that so there are different colors of paint. They were suppose to fix nail pops and they didn't. I did call while the company to let them know while the workers were working. They fixed those things when I called. When they painted behind my main refrigerator, they unplugged it and left it unplugged all day. It seemed much of the poor work was done by their worker who didn't speak much English. When I was writing my check, one of the painters stood over me and was intimidating and kept interrupting and trying to shove a review in front of me to fill out and give a good grade. I did call the office the 1st day because of the sloppiness and never got a call back. They were much cheaper compared to the others. I had another company give an estimate and when he learned I had chosen SouthEnd; he said 'good luck and call me later to fix what they will do wrong.' After this review I received a call from the company to come fix the issues I had. Was to be the owner and the office manager but it ended up being the office manager and the painter. I told them I did not want the painting crew back in after the job they did, so they were sending somebody else out. This person showed up and said it would take 3 days to fix all the problems. He needed to call the owner to get permission. The owner told him to proceed. After getting off the phone with the owner he told me he would need to make sure he was getting paid for the fixes and he left. The next day the office manager called to see if all the work had been completed, I told her he had just left. She said she would get back to me the next day and when she didn't I called the owner's cell phone number. He assured me the following Wednesday that he and the painter would come and fix my house. Wednesday came, and it ended up being the painter and the crew member who I felt did most of the sloppy work. They did fix a lot of the issues after a lot of haggling. When they were getting ready to leave I noticed that they had gotten paint all over my new hose and on the side of my house during their clean up. I had to give my hose back to the gentleman five time to get him to get all of the paint off my hose. After they left I noticed they dripped paint on some of my furniture. The reason I know this is the furniture during the initial painting was in my garage. Still very poor job. Would not recommend them.

They had good communication. Todd was very good to work with and with working together with us. The overall quality of work was good. The workers were really good to work with, they would touch up areas that you would see and even willing to come back if we found something later since my husband wasn't home. They wanted to make sure you were happy! I was very satisfied overall. I do have recommendation that when it comes to ensuring paint colors to have someone contact or visit with the client a few days prior to make sure the color choices are good and ready to go.
