The job was done right, safe and efficiently. The customer service was excellent, I had no complaints.

The work was efficiently well done and of good quality; the workers were polite; the price was reasonable and the workers did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Overall great customer experience from the sales team, to follow up, through project completion. I did have to pick up some misc painters tape and other trash after they left but overall very good. The real test will be 12-24 months.

We worked with SouthEnd Painting for a couple projects already and have them on speed dial for the next one. The first project was fairly small, a couple kids bedroom. The other one was larger, involving high ceilings and walls in living area. In both cases the painting crew was just perfect for the work at hand.

Everything was amazing! The crew worked fast and was able to do an incredible job on my home!

The only thing that was an issue was the weather, which no one could do anything about! They were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job, we are VERY happy with the results and would recommend to everyone

It went fantastic, I'm so happy with the painting job the contractors did. When I get the rest of my house painted, I want the same crew that did my living room, kitchen, and utility room. They did a amazing job thank you SouthEnd painting. I appreciate all you done for me and my family.

The work was excellent, however, the job had to be rescheduled a few times through no fault of customer (closing date kept changing). Owner was rude, sometimes unreachable, and after 2 weeks my check still hasn’t been cashed. I inquired about it and got no response.

Painters arrived on schedule. They needed to move furniture in some cases. Cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was excellent. They finished several days ahead of schedule. They missed some minor plaster filling and sanding on one wall and we missed it during the walk-through but we caught it that evening. Was difficult to see when looking straight on at the wall in natural light but stood out under artificial light when looking at the wall at and angle. Called Southend the next day and the following morning a painter showed up to fix the problem. I highly recommend Southend and will use their services in the future.

Billy came out to review the job and promptly submitted an estimate. Once we accepted the proposal, the office called to schedule the work. We had a short delay due to rain for several days prior to the start but that was communicated and promptly rescheduled. The crew was on time, neat and polite. A supervisor checked in periodically to review the progress and no money was due until the job was complete and we were satisfied. Unheard of. Have referred and will hire again.

Southend Painters painted the exterior of my house, stained a deck and provided carpentry work for rotting wood on my front porch. Although the original paint job wasn’t what I expected, they worked with me, applied a second coat and now my house looks beautiful. Throughout it all, they were very courteous and professional.

The contracting process with SouthEnd Painting was seamless. The sales team and front office were very responsive to all of my questions and especially patient with my (several) last minute changes. They have even helped with providing the colors used several months later, so I could mange some touch-ups required due to light fixture changes - super helpful :) I was happy with the look of the home and have received several compliments on the work. I have already recommended SouthEnd Painting to friends and will use them again in the future.

We had southend do 5 rooms. 2 offices , a master bedroom with a large trey ceiling, a large bathroom with a barrel ceiling and a large closet. They are efficient, clean, very polite and did exactly what I asked them to. Down to picking up our bed to move it instead of dragging it as others have done. It’s a very large king. The Owner Todd Cahill called and discussed some questions I had and Billy the estimator and Otto the job foreman also answered all my questions and left me no doubt as to what would be accomplished. Re-stained our deck and did drywall repair in our garage. Their work quality and promptness was beyond what we could have hoped for. The drywall was about 100 square feet and we can't tell anything was done, it blends in so well. Highly recommend them and will use again when the need arises. Extremely clean.
