Description of Work: This is a business who uses outside contractors. There was no onsite supervision from management. We had to watch every move to try to get what our contract said and we still didn't get what was required in writing. We paid them to get rid of them. The first look at the job looks fine, but it is very inferior and most likely will not last the length of time stated on the paint. They had placed an ad in the Angie's List monthly publication with a Super Service Award (obviously photo shopped), on the ad. The owner was rude and blustery with his attitude. After we told the contractors to go away, he came to our house without calling first (this was the usual way of business for him), and insisted he would fix any problems himself. I said no thank you and he parked his truck in my driveway and blocked me in while he cold-called on an elderly neighbor a couple of doors down. After all that was said, he still asked to place a sign in my yard! I never want to deal with that business again for any reason.
