Overall, very satisfied. Day 1 crew was only 2 men & was promised 3-5. Day 2&3 full crew of 5 came. All were very polite - VERY hard workers! Also on time. Respected my property - I would certainly recommend! Would have been nice to have it done at a lower price, but when you factor everything else in I can't complain!

From start to finish a great experience. Next day estimate provided and same week start date from when I accepted the proposal. Painters/construction guys were all very prompt and courteous, and worked around our dogs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

The estimator seemed to know his stuff and I felt assured that they would complete the job with attention to detail. The contractor they sent out showed up late with no supplies and asked to use my drywall and mud. I had issues with the work done and contacted the estimator, but received a response from someone in the office. I was told they would contact the estimator, but received no response. After another conversation, I was told that they were trying to contact the owner and the contractor, but weren't able to reach them. They never called back. The contractor stated that putting primer on the walls was going to be extra, even though this was supposed to be included in the estimate. I contacted the estimator via email again and have had no response. It took three visits from the contractor to mud the walls and sand, but the contractor was able to work around my schedule on when I would be home. The job is done aside from the primer, but I'm not satisfied with the work, communication and the price paid for services that were not rendered. If you use them, get everything in detail in writing.

Not sure what happened to this company but they are totally non responsive. I asked for a quote and the gentleman came out promptly but I have not received a quote and its been 5 weeks. I've called numerous times without a response. Not sure I'd use a company that cant even follow up on a quote. Ive now inquired about the status of the quote five times with NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing from a contractor who I had previously good service from.

it went well when they did the work, but after the job was completed and if a problem arises, and there's a problem, don't try to get in contact with them, goodluck!!

I was very pleased with the work that South End Painting did. Out of the 3 painting companies that I received estimates from, their estimate was the most reasonable and they were able to get the job done right away. This was a FULL 3-day job and on day one, a crew of 2 showed up and I was promised a larger crew. I notified my sales guy and to my delight, a crew of 5 showed up on the next 2 days. They were very hard working guys and they did a great job! Their wall patching was superb! One regret that I have is not removing the ceiling registers before they came, because they paint around them. I bought new vents (you don't realize how bad your vents look until that ceiling gets a fresh coat of paint!) but many of the new vents don't match up perfectly and fixing all this will require a lot of time and effort, so I'll probably just take the new vents back to the store. So if you are having ceilings painted, take out your registers before the painters come! But I would not hesitate to hire this company again - they did a great job and I am enjoying my freshly painted house!

It was awesome, colors were great. Drop cloths and plastic put down. the crew was great and always willing to help.

1st crew was not as productive. The second group was amazing.

From the detailed initial cost estimate, to scheduling the work, prep of the house through final completion. SouthEnd Painting was exceptional. The final result was a house that was transformed. We just love it and appreciate the long hard work performed by Jose and the crew. The work is top quality. Without question.. and I will make several referrals on behalf of SouthEnd Painting.

Billy, the estimator was good and helped get competetive bid. Benito and crew did excellent work and worked very hard. The only issue we had were communication lacking from time contract was signed and work starting, and we found it old they expected us to pick a color without seeing it on the house first. Final product was great.
