Very well, all work done as requested.

This was a disaster. They took down the drappery rod in the livingroom and couldn't get it back correctly. They painted over things like where the towel rack and lighting fixtures contact the wall and I had to tell them to clean it up. They did a really, really bad job of painting the bathroom with streakiness and I think, because it is looking worse now than right after they finished, they did not prime the wall after they took down the wallpaper, as they were supposed to. They must have let pieces of wallpaper fall into the toilet so then the toilet became permanently stopped-up. I had to have plumber come over to clean it out and he pulled out soggy clumps of wallpaper. We had Southend do some painting years before this and they did a great job, but since then, management had changed. What a disappointment. A long time after this most recent debacle, I found a Southend paint crew waiting in front of my house. No appointment, no warning. I called up Southend to see if these guys were legitimate. Anyway, in all aspects of this problem, there was a language problem and it was not due to my English.

after work was completed we discovered a hole in the boards which should have been replaced. Iinstead the roofer put the roofing material over the hole. Prior to replacement of roof we discussed replacing any boards that needed to be replaced would not be included in the price and it would be additional charge which we were in agreement. We have contacted the roofer via email and phone calls which he reponded and came to the house and gave us an estimate of $185.00 for a 4x8 plywood board and we gave the ok to replace. The roofer called and stated he would be out to fix the problem the following Saturday and we have not seen the roofer or heard from him since. We have made numberous phone calls with no responce. This does leave us in a position of libability exposure if any reason an indiviual where to go on the roof and might fall through. Maybe small claims court would resolve this matter. There are pictures available if anyone wants to see the hole in the boards.

They did a great job even though we experienced a language barrier on the first day.

They came and gave an estimate with the approximate cost and description of what they said they would do. They seemed in a hurry to get started. We wanted to wait until the weather was warmer and more appropriate. We were concerened the paint will not apply properly. The paint started to peel almost immediately. They came back out and we again suggested that maybe wait until the weather was warmer, but they wanted to get started and they assured us that everything would be fine. It did take them a little longer to do the work but application seemed to have taken.

The job was planned to be fnished in a weekend. Unfortunately the paint was not able to be mathced to existing paint, and the old paint cans we provided through the paint formulator for a loop. Eventually, Tommy's crew did get he right paint and did a fine job. So we did put a big burden on them because we wnated touch up done, not full wall repainting in some areas. They overcame those challenges and came back a few times to finish touch ups everywhere we asked, so we were pleased. They also had a person come install white fiberglass reinforced paneling in the restrooms, break room, and sample receiving areas so we have easier maintenance of the walls in those areas. That looks real good. I believe we got good service for our money.

We were really pleased with their work. They were prompt and they came when they said they were going to. They didn?t exceed the price and they were very good to work with. They finished the job on time, there were virtually no problems, I would call them again.

The price they quoted us was about $4000. We went with someone else because of the costing. They were on time and seemed fine, but just cost wise they were a little bit more.

Estimate was great. Scheduler called next day to schedule job (on a Saturday) and the job was scheduled for the following Thursday, starting between 9 and 10 am. The following Thursday, the crew showed up and called at 7:30 to get the paint samples, and indicated they had a second job 5 mins away to finish up and would return at 1:00. One member of the crew did not show up until 2:30 and did mudding of holes. He also stated he would return at 6:00 to finish. He was called at 6:10 inquiring about location, which he then stated he was not coming, but would finish in the morning, to arrive between 9 and 9:30. After calling the main office at 9:15 inquiring about location of crew, my wife was told they would be there in 2 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes of waiting, she called again and spoke with the owner. The crew showed up at 10. They did complete the job the same day and did a great job. It seems that there was an issue with the scheduling and communication. Had they called us the day or two before our job was scheduled to let us know they needed to move the job to Friday, there would have been less issues.

House needed repair/ paint. South Ends' price for the job was reasonable. Also got a good price on the gutter toppers that I wanted to do for a long time because of all the trees that surround the house. The crew was professional, timely, and cleaned up every day!

Series of teams did the work. Overall Victor Sanchez, painter/carpenter/washer did an excellent job. The site clean up was excellent!

They were on time and very courteous.

Alex Alvarez, the paint crew leader, tirelessly took on the hard job of stripping off 88 years worth of paint from our 1922 home. The paint job was impexccable and our home looks amazing!

The paint crew was extremely hard working. They worked from 8 through 7 pm. Never gossiped, never played radios or engaged in other distractions. They were VERY focused and very precise with corners, tray ceilings, and a 2 story foyer. Our only comment (not a complaint - just comment) is by the 3rd day the tarps and plastic was tearing away from stairs and walls and paint did get spilled onto oak floors (quite a bit spilled). However they cleaned it all up as none spilled on carpets or furniture and you can't tell they were even here now that the house is cleaned.

They were very nice, but they were too backed up to perform the work for me in the time frame I needed. They responded very quickly to my phone call and were ready to send out an estimator that minute.

The deck was power washed and stained, per schedule, in a satisfactory manner.

Ana and her crew were on time and finished the job in 1 day- quicker than expected.

Chris who provided the estimate was prompt, professional and courteous. His quote was within my budget. Victor and his team were incredible! The trim work on my home is extensive and they worked as late as needed to get the job done. Afterwards, for any needed touchups, they stayed extra to complete the punch list. I would not only use this company again but highly recommend Victor and his team!!!

The individual came on 8/2 to give me the estimate and was not prepared. He said that the office did not tell him that he would need to go one the roof so he did not have a ladder. He also said that he would contact one of their carpenters so they could go up there to give the estimate. Now, 2 weeks later I never heard back from them. In the phone call the gentleman said that the company was highly rated on Angie's list and when I looked them up I saw that their grade was a "B", but I was willing to give them a chance. Wrong choice I guess. It turns out that the job is one that is over $500 and they certainly lost business (and have received another bad grade on Angie's list). My advice to them is that if they plan on cold calling for business it would probably be a good idea to follow through properly.

Victor and his team were on time, and did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! We would refer them to others as well!
