Description of Work: I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE A POPCORN CEILING (320 SQ. FT.) SCRAPED, PATCHED, PRIMED AND PAINTED. I SPOKE WITH A GUY NAMED DAVE WHO QUOTED ME MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT 4 OTHER COMPANIES QUOTED ($1500.) WAS IT BECAUSE THEY HAD A WOMAN CALLING FOR A QUOTE OR BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST THAT EXPENSIVE?
