This happened about two years ago. They delivered it on time and placed it where I requested. The sales people were nice. The service was great.

They deliver on time and will dump it in multiple locations. You can view their products on line. We use them every year. Excellent company.

We pulled them off the list. We wanted a specific type of cedar mulch and they provided it. They delivered it promptly and they placed it where we requested. Excellent service.

I have used Blue Max several times in the past. They delivered the mulch the day after I called them. I have always been pleased with the quality of their mulch and I was not disappointed this time. Excellent company and product. **I didn't have a hard copy of Angie's List with their coupon and unfortunately the coupon doesn't show up on line anymore, so I was unable to use the coupon. ,

Their service was good, and the material is good.

Blue Max was very good overall. They had the best price, curtious people and when they made an error, they fixed it right away.

The normal lawn mowing company I use also uses Blue Max and referred me to them. Their prices were excellent. They measure by cubic yard. They delivered and dumped the mulch as I instructed them too. Everyone I spoke with was very personable; terrific customer service. They delivered what they promised. Their prices were fair; can't ask for more.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible and easy to deal with. They delivered the stone just as promised and called ahead to make sure we were home. We were extremely pleased with the product and service overall. We shopped around and found that they provided the best deal for the product.

First, I went over to their office to ask some questions because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The young woman behind the desk was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! She did all the calculations based on my (crazy) description of what I wanted and the amount turned out to be perfect. Then the young man who delivered all this wonderful dirt expertly maneuvered that big truck into the exact spot I wanted the dirt, (I wasn't sure it could be done because of the tricky location!) and I was impressed! He was very polite. Since this had turned out so well, I decided to expand my project and ordered another truckload which, again, was expertly placed in the right spot!

For a guy who sits at a desk all day it doesn't get much cooler than driving my little pick-up amongst the big Blue Max trucks. The ladies in the office seemed to understand this. Beyond that, they are helpful and knowledgeable and didn't treat me like the moron I was. Also, I saved about a gazillion dollars compared to buying bags of rocks from a mega-hardware store.

It went great. I could pick out each stone or have them load it for me. You just weigh you vehicle before you get your materials then weigh your car after you filled up with what you needed. So simple quick and easy. Very reasonable prices. You can always have them deliver to your house, but I like to go a wander around their lot and hand pick what I like. A great experience for the whole family. Kids love rocks!

Driver was very helpful, dumped 1/2 mulch in my yard and 1/2 in my neighbor's as requested.

Arrived at the Indian Trail office on a bad day. The Office Manager was stressed and disciplining the secretary, delivery drivers over the phone, etc. I told him I'd come back at a better time and he said no, that's OK, what do you need. He was helpful, but I felt very rushed as his mind was preoccupied and there were others waiting behind me. He did take care of the order though and guaranteed next day delivery. The mulch was of top quality and it was delivered within 24 hours as promised. The driver was polite and asked where I wanted it dumped. We all have bad days and would probably use them again.

Easy to schedule delivery with them. They made sure to send someone out first thing in the morning on my delivery date, as I'd mentioned the need to get to work at a reasonable time. Had a problem with leaky water meter in the yard where the dump truck had come over the curb, and called them to ask about their policy if it was their fault. The manager on duty talked over me, interrupted me, told me it wasn't their problem because it was "inside" my property line and off the street. It ended up being the city's problem to fix, but I was disappointed by the way Blue Max handled the issue. I'd recommend the products again, just hope you don't have any issues to follow up on...

Ordering was easy- the phone operator was helpful and knowledgeable. I used their internet site to view my choices and even visited the Indian Trail location to consider other products. Truck driver called prior to delivery- just as they told me he would- and delivered on time.

THE FOLKS AT BLUE MAX ARE GREAT! THEY ARE A CUT ABOVE THE OTHER GUYS. EVERYTIME I PHONED IN TO DISCUSS BUSINESS THEY WERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND COSTS. THEY HELPED ME SAVE MONEY BY SELLING ME ONLY WHAT I NEEDED, CALLED BEFORE DELIVERY AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND PUT THE DIRT EXACTLY WHERE I ASKED THEM TOO. THE TRUCK WAS IMMACULATE, AND THE DRIVER MARVIN WAS REALLY NICE. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FOLKS AT BLUE MAX.

I VISITED BOTH BLUE MAX YARDS IN INDIAN TRAIL AND PINEVILLE. I HAD BETTER LUCK FINDING THE STONE I WAS LOOKING FOR IN PINEVILLE, BUT THERE'S A LOT OF VARIATION IN NATURE SO IT'S PROBABLY WISE TO CHECK BOTH. I'D SUGGEST MARKING THE PALLETS YOU LIKE IF YOU FIND PARTICULAR STONES THAT APPEAL TO YOU. I JUST CALLED AND ORDERED THE STONE BY NAME, AND IT SEEMED THE STONE I GOT WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT IN SHAPE AND COLORATION THAN WHAT I REMEMBERED SEEING AT THE YARD. THE SELECTION IS INCREDIBLE, AND THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. THE OFFICE STAFF KNOWS HOW TO GET THINGS DONE. THE DRIVER PULLED THE FLATBED DOWN MY STREET AND USED A FORKLIFT TO PUT THE STONE AS CLOSE AS HE COULD TO WHERE I NEEDED THE MATERIALS -- A VERY, VERY GOOD JOB. I FELT LIKE BLUE MAX PROBABLY DOES MORE LARGE COMMERCIAL PROJECTS, BUT THE SELECTION/SERVICE IS UNBEATABLE FOR EVEN A SMALL HOUSEHOLD PROJECT.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. SALESMAN WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ASSISTED ME IN DETERMINING BEST TYPE AND AMOUNT NEEDED FOR MULCH. IT WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HOURS TO THE EXACT LOCATION WE DISCUSSED. PRICE WAS VERY FAIR AND MULCH QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. VISITED THEIR OPERATION BECAUSE I WANTED TO VIEW THE ACTUAL MULCH I WOULD BE RECEIVING. ORDER CLERK WAS VERY PATIENT AND COURTEOUS WITH ME, EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS BUSY WITH OTHER ISSUES DURING THE TIME I WAS IN THE OFFICE. ORDER WAS DELIVERED WHEN SCHEDULED, AND DRIVER KEPT LARGE TRUCK ON MY NARROW DRIVEWAY AND DID NOT DAMAGE SURROUNDING SHRUBBERY.

DRIVER ASKED WHERE TO DROP LOAD, MENTIONED THAT TRUCK WOULD LEAVE RUTS.

VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. PRODUCT WAS AS DESCRIBED, AND PERFORMED PER SPECIFICATIONS. DRIVER ARRIVED PROMPTLY, SCANNED THE AREA, AND PLACED MULCH FOR EASY SPREADING. WOULD CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR SIMILAR NEEDS.

BARB WAS PROMPT AND HELPFUL IN GETTING THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED, AND IN PROVIDING US A QUOTE. WE CALLED BACK TO SET UP DELIVERY, AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY, ON TIME, AND DROPPED THE MULCH EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED IT. THIS IS A MUCH BETTER OPTION THAN GOING TO A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE- IT'S CHEAPER AND DEFINITELY EASIER.

THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BLUE MAX DELIVERED THE MULCH WHILE I WAS NOT AT HOME, ON THE DATE AND TO THE EXACT PLACE I REQUESTED. THE MULCH WAS OF VERY GOOD QUALITY.

WAS PLEASED THAT I COULD JUST MARK WHERE I WANTED TO MULCH DELIVERED AND DID NOT HAVE TO BE HOME. ON THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE, THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED IF I STILL WANTED THE DELIVERY SINCE IT WAS RAINING. WE RESCHEDULED TO A DIFFERENT DATE AND THEY DELIVERED ON SCHEDULE.
