Not much to tell. Showed up on time, delivered the stone quickly and neatly. We've used them before and they have, in the past, done a slow release delivery that turned out as good as having it graded. Our driveway needed some serious grading this time so they just dumped so that the feller grading it could get to it. all in all a good job.

The last time I paid them $125. We like the quality that we get every time we use them. We can find good coupons and my husband asks me to use them. They are close to our house. When we buy stuff, even our neighbors buy things from them. So they offer to deliver the stuff to us and instead of charging the normal $40, they divide it between all of us.

I bought in person the first three times at the Westinghouse Road site, then over the phone the fourth time. Delivery was scheduled right then, at times that were convenient for me, and deliveries were all made as promised. I am very satisfied with Blue Max, and will certainly buy from them again.

They are very professional and courteous. The supplies are a good bargain.

I paid around $200 for that tea gravel. They were super and I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. They were quick to respond to my request and came in two days of me calling. They were on time, were very professional and provided exactly what I asked for.

The experience was great. I went to Blue Max Materials in Indian Trail to gather ideas. The showroom displays all the paver types and colors. They provide me estimates based upon my square footage for all the materials and provided me and easy to understand pricing guide. What was even better the paver expert provided me a low-cost contact to install the patio for me. Blue Max delivered the materials to the location in my yard that I requested and the quality of material is superb. I have used their much for a couple of years now (double-hammered) and it is the best conditioner for your plant beds and the color looks great.

When I spoke to Eric today, I told him I was buying mulch for the first time. He told me the price of a couple of different products and then I asked him to tell me which product he thought was best. His response was "I can't make a decision for you on what kind of product to buy for your house". I told him that I was not asking him to make a decision for me...I was asking for his professional opinion. As a first time homeowner I was looking for someone to educate me on the products available...I obviously will not be doing business with Blue Max. It's unfortunate that Eric and Blue Max think it is acceptable to speak to their potential female clients in this way!

I had a great experience with Blue Max. I spoke to a woman named Myra during my preliminary call. She helped me determine the materials and quantities I would need for my project based on the specs I gave her. I placed the order the next day and it priced out as quoted. The delivery showed up exactly as scheduled a couple days later. The delivery guys get bonus points for a couple reasons. One, they used a tarp I had left out to cover the materials even though I forgot to leave a note for them to do so. That kept the topsoil from turning into mud when it rained later that day. Two, they placed the topsoil at the top of my sloped driveway and the screening at the bottom, meaning that any water that got under the tarp was more likely to wet the screening than the topsoil. The measurements of materials ended up being nearly perfect. We underestimated by a little bit, but that was much better than having materials left over that I wouldn't know what to do with. I had to buy a few bags of paver sand from Lowe's to finish the project but that was no big deal. The whole transaction was much less expensive than buying the same materials from Lowe's, and much more convenient since the materials were delivered instead of me having to haul them myself.

The salesperson misrepresented the characteristics of the gravel she sold me. As a result, they delivered 34 tons of the wrong stuff. They refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. The transaction resulted from a misrepresentation by the salesperson.

The price that I paid for the supplies was not bad and they helped me save some money. The service provided by them was awesome and they helped me with whatever I needed. They also had a good selection. They had a stock of the materials that I needed and everything that I bought from them was of good quality. They were very responsive, as I spoke to them at 2 o’clock and at 5 that afternoon I had my stuff delivered to my house. So, it was much better than what I expected. They were very polite and got the job done on time. I will use them again in the future, as I will probably call them back within a month to purchase some more supplies.

They hauled the materials here. They were very professional and very well priced. They were well organized.

They arrived later than expected, but on the day they promised. Mulch was as expected. I thought it was a little expensive for the mulch and the delivery, however I wasn't able to locate any alternatives.

We initially had set up delivery for gardening mulch but changed to playground mulch after a friend's playground accident. There was no problem changing the mulch type and quantity. They were out of playground mulch at the time, but informed us that it would be available the following week. Early the following week, my door bell rang in the afternoon and there was the Blue Max delivery truck waiting out on the road. Neither my husband nor I had received a call regarding the delivery. Typically this would not be a problem, however we have two very separate driveways. Had the mulch been delivered to the wrong driveway, it would have been a huge issues. I'm glad I happened to be home. Otherwise, the driver was very professional and friendly. He made sure the mulch was right where we needed it. We are also pleased with the quality of the mulch. A neighbor purchased mulch from a different provider and it is not as nice.

They delivered the dirt and mulch on time and placed it where I wanted it. They delivered it within 24 hours. It is excellent quality. Excellent service.

We went to the facility and I chose hammered hard wood mulch. They delivered it within 48 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service provider and company.

We purchased in the late afternoon and it arrived early the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and placed it exactly where I wanted it. This our second time using there service. This an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

They have everything I could need. They have an accommodating delivery schedule. They have a yard where you can pick out items. They are very knowledgeable.

About a year and half to two years ago we went to the facility and needed a specific type of mulch. The had the product we were looking for. They delivered it the next day. The service was great. Excellent company.
