I have been using Service Experts for years and I have always found them to be so responsive, punctual and professional. I have an annual maintenance package for years and I have been totally satisfied. I was in need of a new system and could not afford separate systems for upstairs and downstairs but they had a product that would allow me to regulate the temperature separately. They provided financing for 1 year, with no interest. I am so pleased with the final product and was able to get the tax credit. I think they may be a little pricy, but I always say, you get what you pay for.

This is another Angie's 'Big Deal' special. I've had a great experience with these Angie's List specials and their partners. No exception here. Who knows, maybe these guys are on their best behavior for these specials. All I know is that the experience has been uniformly excellent. The company called ahead of time, the AC tech showed up on time, the check up went well, took well over an hour checking everything out, reassured us that everything looked good, didn't try to sell us anything. Also important, the technician got on well with the wife and kids -- AC techs are right up there with the garbageman to two- and three-year olds. I expect we'll use these guys going forward for HVAC service.

Purchased a inspection thru Angie's List. Technician found more problems then I anticipated. Took care of the problems with professional attitude. Disagreement on price but company honored the price I expected.

lousy service call center. Received numerious calls to service my two units. Phone call were all computer generated I called many times requesting the calls stop to my home since the service had been done. The calls were driving us crazy.I was told at least three times no more calls would be made to my home but they kept coming . I cancel the entire service just to stop the phone calls to my home. All of this was explained each time I call a person at the call center

Two guys arrived on schedule. Very courteous, even wearing shoe covers. Perfomed maintenance on both units. Even glued evaporator pipe on one unit, where the pipe had been leaking. Completed work efficiently.

I have used Service experts for about 8 years for the Spring and Fall preventative maintenance on my heating and a/c. We always see a different technician. This past spring we were told we needed a new A/C unit as a particular part could not be replaced. We called the supervisor who thought he could track down a part rather than buy a new unit. We didn't hear back regarding this (unit worked fine all summer so, we will look at the issue again next year!). Recently has fall service on Heat and a part needed replacing for $98. We like the annual check up but, will always seek second opinion on any major recommendation.

Very friendly and professional. Line had clogs in upper portion and lower portion. Missed upper clog, since rare to have two clogs. Had to come back in repair 2nd clog but completed at no extra charge. Luckily I was able to intercept him to repair the 2nd clog before he drove away. Performed check of both heat/AC units. Provided a little more freon than he charged us for.

From start to finished a job done very well. The quote proposal, explanation of what would be done and the installation was excellent.

I find them to be quite satisfactory. They were outstanding! Recently, a technician found a problem with our system on a routine check. He was here the next day to replace the motor under recall at no expense to me. The above cost is for the service contract. Weve been using them about 10 years.

Miller service experts was our HVAC company and we had a service contract with them to perform regular service on our current home. We had Miller inspect the HVAC gas pack unit at a home we contracted to purchase in late August, 2007. Miller advised us that the unit was in very good condition and we should not expect to have any problems with it. In mid February, 2008 we awoke to a cold house and the unit was not operating. I contacted Miller who came out and advised me that the heat exchanger was rusted out and needed to be replaced but recommended replacing the whole unit at a cost of 8K!! Needless to say we were rather upset since we were told after the inspection in August that the unit was in excellent condition! Miller claims the rust could have occurred from the time the inspection was done, BS, and then suggested the tech only checked the A/C unit. Miller brushed off the issue and took no responsibility for their oversight. Do not use Miller!!

They came out and did a consultation and found out that both of our control boards were fried from the lightening. They did a great job on the repairs and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Both the repair team and the service team arrived on time and we very professional. The repair team quickly identified the problem and corrected it on the spot. The service team completed their work in a timely manner and were sure no trace of their working in the house was left behind. Excellent service.

Todd Adkins performed a thorough evaluation of our two units. He found a wiring problem with the thermostats and fixed both units. He made a recommendation for us to consider for the next visit for maintenance of the air conditioning system. After several years of doing business with Miller Service Experts, we continue to be pleased.

They come twice a year and for spring and fall service. They came out in May to install the A/C coolant. They told me there was a leak and they would need to do a leak search and charge $149. After coming out last week, for the leak search and diagnostic, they told me I needed a new coil for $1,714. Both units are Lenox units and the coil that I need is from Aspen. I called Aspen to see how much the part is, they had said between $200-$500. I will never use this company again. I asked to speak to a manager at Miller Service Experts, Chuck, to call me back and have not heard back from him.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY THOROUGH. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY TRUSTWORTHY, AS WELL.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. GOT SAME DAY SERVICE, PRICES OF REPAIRS NEEDED, AS WELL AS SUGGESTIONS. OFFICE AND FIELD SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DO IT WELL, BUT LOUSY FOR BEING ON TIME FOR THEIR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THEN ONCE WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN MORE THEN TWO HOURS LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS. NO CALLS FROM THE OFFICE INDICATING THEY WOULD BE LATE IN EITHER CASE. ON SECOND VISIT, TECHNICIAN DID A GREAT JOB. VERY PLEASED.

TY WAS THE SALES PERSON, PRESENTED SEVERAL SOLUTIONS AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL. DID THE WORK IN ONE DAY, NEAT AND CLEAN. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

VERY HELPFUL AFTER A BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE. CAME OUT LATE AND STAYED LATE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE DIFFERENCE IN THE EXPERIENCE COMPARED TO OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDERS.

NO SERVICE RECOVERY WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEY DISPLAYED A HUGE LACK OF PROMPTNESS AND IT WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME I DEALT WITH THEM. THERE IS POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY AS WELL. I HAD THEM OUT TO INSPECT THE FULL SYSTEM AND THEY DID THE AIR CONDITIONING INSTEAD OF THE HEAT, SO WHEN IT GOT COLD THERE WAS NO HEAT. IT WAS JUST ONE PROBLEM AFTER THE OTHER AND I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THEM ANY FURTHER.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AT TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS INCLUDING THE INSTALLING OF TWO FURNACES. VERY GOOD SERVICE.

MILLER WAS COURTEOUS ENOUGH ON THE PHONE, SCHEDULED A "CHECK-UP" FOR A WHILE LATER - IT WAS SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER I CALLED. SOMETHING ABOUT "HUGE RESPONSE". NOT A BIG DEAL, REALLY - EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE, I JUST WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR SPECIAL CHECK-UP OFFER. THE APPOINTED DAY CAME, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED. I HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE THAT FIRST DAY. NO ACTUAL SERVICE WAS RECEIVED, OTHER THAN THE SCHEDULING ON THE PHONE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY NICE. GARY HAD A PARTS BOOK WITH HIM TO SEE EXACTLY WHICH PARTS WERE NEEDED, THEY GAVE THE LOWEST PRICE ON SMALL PARTS, WERE HERE IN 1 HOUR, WOULD RECOMMEND.
