Description of Work: installed a new lenox 4 ton, 2 stage heat pump, and heat exchanger. They had the exchanger, taking out the old and installing a new one, done in a day. It was cold but they managed to keep us warm in spite of all they were doing. they left us on heat strips for the nite and were there early next morning and installed the heat pump. all done by noon. They were polite and curteous, very clean and professional, we didn't even know they were here except for a little clanging every now and then on the pipes below us. Wonderful company.

Description of Work: Replace my entire heating and cooling system. They also service my home on an on-going basis. The entire company and all of the service crews that have ever been to my home have been fabulous. Very polite and professional. If I had shopped around more than I did I probably could have saved a couple of grand on the price, but I think that the quality and consistency that they offer more than makes up for any perceived premium. I will continue to work with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: Had a service contract with the company, water was leaking onto floor from unit. Tech said a piece of insulation must have fallen into the pipe to clog water from flowing out. He should have replaced a $2 item. I have no longer used this company.

Description of Work: Installed a new AC and furnace unit for our home. I have previously submitted a past report indicating trouble with their call service center. The operation manager has indicated the problem I had in the past is resolved and then proceeded to provide a very competitive price for installing a new unit. I will continue to do business with this firm and very pleased the way I was treated. I have been doing business with this company for approx 30 years.
