The installer arrived about a half hour early, which was great. He was courteous and professional and did a great job. He was very honest about what didn't need to be done, for instance what screens could be repaired instead of totally replaced. The work was done well and in a very timely manner. After the installer left, my German Shepherd Dog, ran into the screen door again and damaged the frame that was just repaired by the installer. I immediately called back this great company to make another appointment for the replacement of the damaged frame. The customer service representative is very friendly and helpful. She suggested a pet guard which will prevent my dog to try to run through the screen again. He did it twice already. I had no idea that such a thing even existed. I am very happy both with the work done at my house and the customer service. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Called for an estimate and was shown options and prices. Impressed with the variety of services and quality of products. Scheduled a service for August 13th and John was assigned the job. He called ahead when he was on the way and arrived for an early appointment. John showed me how the retractabe screen door worked and performed some extra work to customize it for my solution. John was professional and explained options for additional screen repair (tighten loose screens that required a second story long ladder to access). The work was perfromed efficiently and neatly. The retractable screen door is really an efficient design and is exactly what I needed to replace the previous screen door. John also repaired some trim around my screen windows that needed stretching. Overall quite pleased with the product, people and company. Would definatley recommend them.

We have used screen mobile in the past and this time was no different. They were fantastic as usual. Debbie Foster was very helpful, scheduled the technicians around our schedule. When techs arrived it was on time and they took care of our problem in a fast and efficient manner. If we ever have any issues with our screens in the future, Screenmobile of Charlotte will be the only company we call.

The owner of the company is very responsive. As I recall, the workman was running late and we had to postpone the first appointment. When a worker did come, he was not very nice or accommodating. He made it clear that he didn't like my storm windows and the way they operated. I did all the work getting one of the first screens out for him. Then he said that he wasn't equipped to replace screens in this particular kind of window. Another day another worker came out and this one was great - friendly and helpful. He removed all the screens that needed replacements, took them to the office/workshop, completed the job. I believe is was the next day that he returned with the work completed and re-installed the screens with a minimum of fuss.

Mike was the installer and arrived punctually at 9am. He was personable and got to work right away. He did an excellent job and I barely noticed that he was around. The screens look great and you can tell that the quality is good due to the materials that were used. I priced screen mobile's screens against a large retailers that could be ordered online and the convience and price of screen mobile could not be beat. I have already recommended to a friend, and will have screen mobile out to finish the remaining windows.

Mike was our installer and he arrived on time. He was very nice and pleasant. When we initially called for the appointment, we told them that we had four windows that needed screens. When Mike arrived we asked him to check three additional windows that had screens but were getting worn out. Mike suggested that we replace the screens on two of those windows. Mike was very accommodating and didn't mind doing the additional work even though it wasn't part of the original plan. Mike made the frames and the screens right on site for the four windows and also rescreened the other two windows on site. All the screens matched the other windows in the house. I believe it only took him a couple hours to do all six windows. Overall, Mike did a fantastic job and if anyone ever needs a screen made or replaced, I would not hesitate to call ScreenMobile.

The experience was wonderful. It started with Debbie on the phone going over all the options and information and getting us scheduled as quickly as possible. They even had a cancellation after we scheduled our date and were able to move us up in the rotation. Mike came out to do the install. He was very patient with me as I tried to decide whether we wanted a latch handle system or a magnet system. He took all the measurements and then custom cut the screen. He had everything installed and cleaned up much faster than the four hour estimate for work that Debbie gave me. He was super nice with my kids as well. The next time we have any type of work done that fits under ScreenMobile's scope of work we will definitely be calling them again.

From start to finish, this company was professional and responsive. The screens look great and even though we had some follow-up items, they promptly scheduled a revisit and took care of some minor concerns. I would highly recommend Screenmobile.

Jim arrived on time and he was very professional. The company had called the day before to remind me they were coming. I am very pleased with both the looks and quality of the screens that Jim made at my home. It took him less than 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this company.

They came over and completed the job quickly (a couple of hours). The screens look great! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have a great screen system. However, they seemed to be in a rush and the pieces don't fit together as tightly as they should. The framing done early in the morning is nice and tight with no gaps. As the day went on, the framing wasn't as tight and there are gaps in the framing and screen. I got the screen to keep bugs out. The gaps let them in. My contractor caulked the areas to keep the bugs out. However this wouldn't be necessary if the job was done correctly to start.

The experience was great. They came, they were on time and they changed them really fast. It was one guy, he took out all the windows, took them outside and replaced the screen and frames then put them back in place.

We liked everything. He was prompt and arrived on time. He explained in detail what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He kept to his timeline and price. The body of the work was excellent. I would use him in the future if needed to.

The gave a wide variety of sample screening, explained to me the benefits, and then allowed me to select which one I’d like to go with. I’m happy with their services.

They were the only one I could find to do the things that I wanted to be done. The person who came out was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and explained why I had this problem. He just went above and did the work. He charged me what was quoted. Considering the fact that I used them about half a year ago, things are holding fine.

The technicians, Mike and John, arrived on time and completed the work in about seven (7) hours. They secured the screen in place by nailing every 1/2 inch and then covered with new ferring strips. They insured that the work site was clean before leving. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship.

I called and spoke to Debbie who gave me prices over the phone and mailed me samples. My timetable was difficult due to mortgage lender issues following the hail storm which damaged my screens. I had 8 damaged screens but decided to get the other nine screens and screen sliding door replaced at the same time. Debbie worked with me to schedule the repairs and I am fully satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend Screenmobile.
