Mike did a great job on replacing the screen on my sliding door. He was prompt and professional. I would use Screenmobile again.

John arrived at the time scheduled. Completed the work in a professional manner and was very professional. I had initially requested 5 screens but after they were installed decided I would like to have two additional to have the entire floor match. John had no problem taking the additional time in a Saturday to complete this work. I would highly recommend screen mobile and would request John every time. The office staff was also very professional and willing to work with my schedule.

Jim and John arrived promptly and reviewed with us exactly what they planned to do. We discussed exactly how the screen was going to be installed and reviewed a few choices on how the door would be placed. It was an extremely hot day and they worked thru the heat without complaint or breaks. They finished the project in a timely manner and left the work site immaculate. We would not hesitate to hire this company again.

John arrived on the dot of the agreed-upon time. He was professional and courteous, and did the work quickly. My only issue was with the agreed-upon price. I was quoted $25 per screen over the phone, but when presented with the invoice I was charged $85 minus a 10% senior discount. I questioned the price change, and John told me that there is a minimum charge of $85. The price discrepancy was not John's fault; I just would have liked being informed about the minimum charge up front. Overall, an excellent experience and I recommend the company.

I gave screen mobile another chance after seeing the wonderful job they did for the 2015 homearama home. I met a wonderful young lady at the builders model home and was given an estimate. She was prompt, professional and very knowledgable of the product line. I'm very sorry her name escapes me at the moment. Product a little pricey but well worth it. I'm having a home built and will have Screen Mobil install motorized screens after closing.

Set up easy, work done on time and looks great. What else is there to say! No hassles, great price and quality.

From the site visit to the installation it was a pleasure dealing with ScreenMobile of Charlotte. The office people were very knowledgable, professional and responsive. The crew was fantastic. The project took two days because of weather however on day one they called prior to arrival and were on time. They quickly got to work. When the first day was over the job site was clean with no debris. What was nice is the crew of two seemed to really enjoy each others company and enjoyed their work. Before making a decision on the screen door they called my cell to ask what my preference was as we had two types of screening material (dog proof bottom and regular on top). I appreciated that they called. The finished product looks great and the best part is that if there is a damaged section in the future I can simply have that section removed, coupled with the fact that they warrentte their work. All in all, great professional experience. I also loved the fact that the crew listened to music while they worked, shows passion and enjoyment. Just didn't know two guys knew so much about dance music... LOL...

The folks at Screenmobile are pleasant to deal with, and we are very pleased with the work they did. Initially, we sent them pictures of the doors for which we wanted the screens and indicated that we wanted an open mesh to allow good air circulation. They recommended that we use the Phantom retractable screen with Insect Mesh. Subsequently, Mike came out to take exact measurements and then returned a few days later to do the installation. He did a great job. The frame on one of our doors had some flaws as a result of a poor job the builder did when our building was constructed, but Mike used his expertise to make the screen fit perfectly. We love our screen doors. The Phantom screen is well named - when it is extended you don't see it. My son has decided to install the Phantom screen, and one of our neighbors is interested in having one installed as well. I have recommended Screenmobile to them both.

The crew spent the entire day rescreening and replacing the frames. Everything went smoothly.

Shortly after they did that, my dog went through the new screen and knocked down the door. My dog didn't break the screen just the door. I called them and they said I can install a special screen so that the dog won't do that again. The different technicians came out seemed to give me different information. The last technician did a very good job and now my dog doesn't have a problem. I wish they could have done it right the first time.

Excellent experience. Screens lower & raise like at a movie theater. Screenmobile blended the materials to match original porch corner posts. When we lower our screens, we have a beautiful porch without all the framework like most screened porches. Quality products, quality installation, quality folks to work with. Highly recommend.

They are professional and have a good quality of work. I had no problems with them. They come to your house and fix the screens from the outside. It was a good service. Their price is reasonable.

Provider came out and performed work. Some of the initial work was not very good. For example some of the new screens were not stretched. There were some excess screen that was cut off. Some of the "windlace" holding in the screen did no appear to be pushed in all the way. Call provider back and they came out and took care of all the issues. One thing to note with this provider is that all calls go through one person who schedules the work.

We had a wonderful experience! The technicians (I am sorry but I forgot their names) were excellent. Instead of rescreening all of the windows as scheduled they pointed out those who did not need it, which was very impressive. They were very cautious to not let my two little dogs slip out. I would highly recommend them,

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Screenmobile of Charlotte. They were very punctual and professional during the first 2 appointments to take measurements (1st one to get a price and 2nd to confirm all measurements were correct). The installer (Remi) showed up about 4 weeks later (time required for Eze-Breeze to manufacture the panels) and did the whole porch install in 1 day. I envisioned doing the install myself originally but they reached a better, more professional finished level by using screening aluminum beams around the panels (I would have used wood). In conclusion, although more expensive than I originally anticipated, I am glad that we chose them as they did an excellent job.

Just wanted to update this since I did go with this provider to have my porch re-screened. The employees showed up on time, were professional and quick. The job was done in the time estimated, and it looks 100% better than the screen that my builder put up. I've had it up for several months now and I have pets that like to push on the screen, and so far it has stayed intact as promised. Would defintely call them for any future work needed!

Very professional work. One TINY disappointment was that the installer did not have a second grill as I had requested for the inside. This is my second experience with ScreenMobile and with the same installer, David. He is really good.

When calling to schedule they were very courteous and explained that it may be weeks before they could come out because of the season. I scheduled my appointment for the 27th as there weren't any other companies I could find to do such a small job. She gave me the exact price which I felt was very reasonable. They came out, completed the job quickly and barely left a trace that they were here. The area was a bit messy due to just getting back from vacation and I was very appreciative that no mess was made and nothing was touched even in a very small space.

From the time that I first got an estimate to the time that they finished the work, working with Screenmobile was a very pleasant experience. Everyone that I encountered with this company was very professional. The sales person came out and looked at what I wanted to do and then gave me several options and prices. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The installer was punctual and before he started work, we talked about everything that he was to do. He completed the work in a timely manner and it looked great. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone notices the new screens. It looks custom. Oh wait it is!! This by in far tacked equity on to the home even though it's not "heated" square feet. It's given us back an outside room. Awesome job!!! Amazing.

They came on time, gave me the price beforehand, repaired everything well, and I was satisfied. I thought the price was a big higher than I had been quoted on the phone, but since I had not written down the information, I did not try to renegotiate. It was worth it to see the screens in good repair again. The quality of the work and the company representative were first rate.

Mike Wortman was very professional and personable. He answered my questions and made sure before he left my home that I was satisfied with the work. I have thoroughly enjoyed having my windows open and the North Carolina air drifting through the house. I would highly recommend Mike and Screenmobile.
