Everything went well. They were friendly, did great work, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had.

They were excellent. The workers arrived on time, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.

Overall, they did a very good job. They completed the work in one day and there were no problems.

Overall, we have been satisfied with the work. The guy we first worked with with personable and we were happy with him. However, they sent a different crew out to complete the work. They had asked us to leave the house to stay out of harms way. When I did come and check on the house a couple of times, there was a language barrier and we were unable to communicate with the crew. After the work was complete, there were a lot of nails left in the yard. Also, when I went into the attic to retrieve holiday decorations, I noticed there was a roofing truss broken in two places. The follow up could have been better and there was room for improvement. The roof itself seems fine and there are no leaks. The installation of the roof and singles seem to be fine. The price was also good. I would recommend Findlay Roofing roofing to a friend, but I would mention these issues to them so they are informed of the situation.

Mr. Horton, the manager, called before coming to discuss estimate - explained very knowledgable - came to check on crew that did start early - one even offered to help me load the car (I was going to my Mama's). they were fairly quiet as possible - the estimate was the final cost. I was given upgrade to architectural roof (pleased).

The gutter replacement work was well done but it did not fix the issue.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. I was well informed about all the work being done to my home and recommend Findlay Roofing to anyone!

Good roofing job, courteous sales representative, painting subcontractor was very good. Roof Roof Tech representative didn’t follow through on promises, damage of job by subcontractors which required followups.

It was excellent. They were prompt, helpful, and responsive in every way. Their work was perfect, and they cleaned up after themselves, too. If you're looking for a roofer, then go with Findlay.

They left a mess, ruined the lid on my hot tub, and didn't return my calls afterward. They also failed to replace some damaged screens. Ultimately, I feel they ignored me once they realized there was collateral damage.

Everything was excellent. Findlay followed up twice after work had been completed which we appreciated, and they did great work.

Everything went smoothly. The workers were nice and polite, arrived on time, and did the work as promised. We haven't had any issues since the installation.

After a hail storm,we detected a leak in the roof and got a quote from Findlay. During the contracting portion of the project, we were told the normal process for replacing the roof. Unfortunately this process was not followed by the schedulers or installers. The supplies showed up in our driveway unannounced blocking in our cars (we were told that we would be notified the day before so we could be sure to park on the street). Contrary to our wishes, the installers began to rip off the shingles, the morning of a 3 day rain storm that was forecasted by every news company on the east coast. We had them stop and then seal the roof to avoid water damages to the house. They came back a week later after everything was dry to resume. Actual install went quickly and smoothly. The missed replacing a damaged board so had to come back, remove shingles and replace the board. To do this they were inside the house and left a total mess - broken wood and nails everywhere in the bonus room storage area. I was also disappointed with the overall cleanup. I had to have them come back a second time to do another clean up. I still found pieces of shingles and roof around the yard after the second cleanup (three months later, there is still a piece of a shingle in one of my trees). My yard was not the easiest to work around but I was disappointed how things were moved around and not replaced or just destroyed. A bench and stones from a stone path were moved and not replaced and some bushes were damaged. Most of these issues were minor in the overall scheme of things which is why I rated them high overall. The roof was installed well and looks very good.

They have been working with me and trying to communicate with my insurance on my hail damage claim.

They did a good job. They cleaned up beautifully and that?s an important thing. It cost us about $9600. They worked hard. They were very punctual. They didn?t stop and they hardly even ate or relaxed. They did the job. Here we are after winter and going into spring and the roof still looks great and there are no issues that have surfaced. I know in my heart though that if one did arise, they would come right out. You can trust in their work...........Excellent!

Its been several months but in general the first day they dropped off materials. Second day they did not have a full crew so they left. Third day they did not show up. The weekend passed and they started on a Monday. They took 2 days to complete. They did not cover bushes/our deck/front patio/driveway and so we had multiple areas of damage, 4 window screens were ripped, our gas grille cover was damaged, there were asphalt marks/dents on our deck and handrails, driveway. The company's foreman who got the job was very good and we had a great relationship that helped me from blowing my top. The day the job was complete and they were gone it became evident they did not put the roof vents on and instead just ran shingles over the peak of the roofs. This was discovered and fixed 3 days later. The company gave me a good deal in the beginning and offered me a $100 for my troubles as well as fixed the screens and replaced my grill cover. I would still use Findlay again as I believe they are a good company and seemed to do a great job for my next door neighbor.

The women who answered has no idea where Washington County was in NC. I told her it was on the East side of the state and she said "I think we don't go over there but I don't know." That was it, she didn't even bother trying to find out.

My insurance paid for it and I ended up paying them $900 difference. It was a pleasure to work with Jason Kemp. He was very good to work with and he was the one that made it work. They came out when they said they would and got the roof on and were very responsive to fixing some things that were left undone. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would absolutely use them again. They are an excellent company to do business with.
