bought a special deal from Angie's List. The man came out he was kind and Professional. But he told me I needed to replace my sky windows for the leak to stop. I got a second opinion and it wasn't the windows it was the roofing around the windows. So instead of $3,500.00 I spent $1,600.00 and there has not been any more leaking even with all the rain we have had this season.

They didn't really do anything. The guy stayed 15 minutes and left. He was courteous.

Roof Roof's service was very good. Before they performed their service, there was a large snowstorm in the area. They called me and let me know that as soon as the weather broke, they would come by to complete the job. On the next decent weather day, the tech came by. He quickly found the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. Great service.

They were able to get right over, they did a great job, and took care of all my needs. I would use them again in the future.

Went well, they were prompt, professional and answered all my questions. They came out to inspect my roof with in the week of my call. After the damage assessment they scheduled the repair. The guys came when the said they would and had the roof fixed in 90 minutes. It's been a month with plenty of rain and no issues so far. I was told also that I would have a 12 month warranty on the work!

It was done in a few hours, all cleaned up without a trace that they were here. I would definitely use them again.

I thought initially they were very good. They came in, did what they were supposed to. I had a new roof put on and they cleaned up everything and I think I found one nail in my driveway. After they were done, I owed them $500 and Brandon was supposed to come back for a final inspection and he never showed up. The office manager called me up and said that I still owed them $500 and I told her that I was waiting for Brandon to come back for the final inspection and he never picked up the phone. I don’t know what is going on in his life; they said that there were some issues or something and that they had spoken to him about it. The office manager was very nice and said that they would get someone out and finally about a month and a half later Brandon did show up for the final inspection. They called me back and said that I paid the $500 and said that I owed them another $96 that Brandon forgot to charge me. They called back again and said that my check for $500 had bounced and then after researching it, it finally came back that the office manager or somebody had plugged in the wrong account number and it was off by one digit. The work they did was great, but follows up needs a little help.

They were able to schedule a visit the day after my call, found that my builder had installed my shingles around my vents incorrectly which was why it was leaking. They took pictures of the issues to show me what needed to be repaired. The price was reasonable. They were able to do the work earlier than planned. Great company, great employees, great people to work with. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues with my roof.

A man came out. My roof was fine and i knew that but I have a leak around my chimney, leaking on my ceiling and wanted that repaired. He scheduled an appt to bring the serviceman out and called that day and rescheduled. Cancelled that one, too. My spent $99 was to go toward chimney repair. Will call again to reschedule after Christmas. If not satisfied, I will be requesting a refund as I have had no service done.

I had some damage to some sections of my gutters. They replaced all gutters and reused my downspouts because they were in great shape. They also added wire mesh to help keep the leaves out. |It went great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Jonathan arrived a few minutes early and was professional in every sense of the word. He even took some before and after pictures with his iphone. While the fix was easy and inexpensive Jonathan made sure that we were happy and said that our roof was in good shape and that we would not need a new one for a long time. When we do need a new roof we are calling Findlay. Thanks Jonathan and thank you Angie.

They were very professional. I am appreciative that they made recommendations about the roof, but did not pressure me to get the work done right away.

I purchased one deal (50 feet of gutter) and they called in two days to schedule the job for the next Monday. The installer arrived on time, took measurements, and quickly installed the new gutters, including two interior corners and two exterior corners which were an additional cost. The installer was very professional, friendly and very thorough. Luckily it was all first story mainly because he was working alone but I needn't have worried because he was very capable and had no problems and he explained everything. Of course I was very pleased with the job but am still waiting for the first heavy rain to see the results but have no doubt all is well and if there is any problem a call to them will solve any problem if there is one. And yes I very definitely would use them again.

They came on the date they were supposed to and completed the work very well. He will be coming back with rain bonnets to wrap vent pipes to provide extra coverage. I was very pleased with their service. Scheduling the appointment went smoothly and they were able to accommodate one of the days I requested.

I have very high expectations and Findlay Roofing met them every time. I had to reschedule due to rain and other factors, but they accomidated without hesitation. Everyone I talked with at this company seemed to be extremely polite and helpful. The experience was almost unheard of in this market. I would use them again for sure.

I contacted Findlay Roofing on Monday 10/21 to inquire about the Big Deal offer for gutters & downspouts and was offered a next day appt for a project manager to come over and assess the job. Brandon was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, but what impressed me the most was his willingness to help us stay within our budget by offering to include some extra gutter/downspout items needing adjustments/repair at no extra charge. I was very happy with my initial experience with Findlay Roofing and I am looking forward to having the work performed soon. Thanks Brandon!

The gentleman was on site 10 minutes early, he explained what he was going to do then went about his business. He assessed our roof situation and made some small improvements, adding a few shingles and taking some pictures which he later explained. He also gave us some samples of possible changes we would like to make later on. He was very fast, polite and to the point. We will use again. Great communication from start to finish.

Brandon showed up on time and provided a full explanation of what he will be doing and answered all questions I had. He did a thorough walk thru of the roof and even peeked at the gutters all around for me to let me know if they needed cleaning or not. There was even a piece of vinyl siding that was coming loose on one side of the house just beneath the gutter and he was nice enough to fix that up for me although it was not in the scope of his work. He resealed/caulked any nail pop/flashing that was coming loose. He repainted all the vent stacks as they faded over the years, and he installed new UV blocking rubber boots over the vent stacks. My roof is in good shape but this was money well spent as not doing this could have led to bigger issues down the road. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends and will definitely call them for any roofing needs in the future. Infact, my neighbor is calling them right now as he was impressed with Brandon as well. Thanks Brandon and best wishes.

The vent pipes were leaking water through the ceiling, and they repaired those. I'd give them all A's!!! The guy that came out (Jonathan Christopher) was VERY courteous, and went beyond the call of duty to repair and check other vents in the house. He was very thorough. I was impressed with him going beyond the call of duty, and didn't charge anything extra. He was very honest, and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him to anyone else considering a roof repair. I'll probably be using this company for any future roofing needs I may have.

Jim was very helpful, and a nice guy, too. If the deal on the house goes through, we will use them to repair the roof. I will provide another review after the work is done.

The roofer did excellent work. Four employees carried out the work in a matter of about four hours. Considering this, I thought that the cost could have been a bit lower. I would definitely recommend this firm.
