The representative visited my home twice to get measurements, provide a quote and select the best shingle style and color. Everyone involved was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The day of the install, moved up due to weather forecast, went very smooth. The clean up was great. There were a few weeks delay in completing some extra work on replacing some of the facia. There could have been better communication about these delays. When all was said and done, I am please with the results and Findley Roofing (RoofRoof). I am now almost two months out, all is well and I continue to enjoy the new look of the roof and facia.

They did a great job evaluating the roof, pushing down popped nails, replacing flashing and caulking where necessary.

They were basically on time,, courteous. He made a fair evaluation of what needed immediate attention and what could wait. He did us a favor while he was up on the ladder of installing a screen (no charge !!!). He appeared to have experience. I will use him next year when I replace my roof.

He came out while I wasn’t here at first. He was supposed to send me pictures, but he didn’t. He asked if he could send someone else out, and I was pleased with the work he did. He showed me some pictures of work that needed done, and I am going to use them for the repairs.

Technician was prompt, friendly and competent. He replaced several shingles blown loosed by high winds and sealed two minor gutter leaks.

Billy, returned to fixed the items found during the roof and gutter inspection. He corrected the slop and fasters on one gutter, sealed and caulked all nails that were exposed, replaced rings and sealed around the roof piping, sealed all gutter corners and checked to insure all flashings where appropriate. Billy was very knowledgable. would definitely use them again!

Since I purchased this deal I have not gotten any messages or phone calls from this company. I have contacted Angie's List for a refund.

We were working with a very short turn around time on replacing our roof. Jon Sabo reached out to us from Angie's List and scheduled an appointment immediately. He inspected the entire roof and gave us a detailed quote on the spot. He was punctual, he was knowledgable, he was professional, and he was very helpful as we discussed our options. Although we did not use Jon's company - we had two excellent options from Angie's List and only one roof - we would highly recommend calling Roof Roof to quote your job and would definitely invite their company to bid on any future roofing jobs we might have.

They did an excellent job. The did a tremendous job cleaning up.

They were done in less than a day and the job was perfect!

Months later we also used them to replace the roof and include insulation to the home. Excellent all around. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

Returning Saturday afternoon I discovered the mess and contacted a friend for the personal recommendation of a roofer. He told me to call Brandon Goodnight at Findlay Roofing (Roof Roof). I put in a message to him and began trying to clear out the portions of the carpet and padding that were damaged. Brandon called and said he'd be there at 9 AM Monday and he was right on time! He inspected the ceiling and then the roof to determine where the water was coming in. He said he'd have a proposal to me late that afternoon or early evening. He was good to his word and I had the proposal that evening. Then it was up to Allison to help as I really needed to get it done this week (by August 8th) as more heavy rains were forecast and I did want to leave myself open to an asthma attack. Allison worked really, really hard and was finally able to get me help on Friday morning. She kept in touch with me all Thursday and then Friday morning so I knew exactly when Carlton would be there. And he finished just as it started to sprinkle! All in all I felt everyone did an excellent job of understanding my needs and working to help me out and I am tremendously grateful to all of them!

This is going to be a strange review. The fellow who showed up was great. He patched the roof and explained to me exactly how his company could fix my more serious leaking problem. To extensive to go into here. He said he would have the company call me with an estimate. They did not call. After a week or so I called them and asked for the estimate. They acted like they didn't know anything about it. I asked to speak to the fellow who came out. They refused that request. After another couple of weeks of run-around they said they would send a different guy out to give me an estimate. He showed up, took one look at the roof and said they didn't want to do the job because my home is a triple-wide mobile home and the roof angle was not steep enough. I asked him to talk to his associate who had explained how the roof could be fixed. He said he would do so and call me back. That was the last I ever heard from them. So, they did the $99.00 patch job fine. The roof didn't leak for several months. Give them an "A" for that. But their follow-up was an "F" all the way.

Their response was very good so far and they have been prompt. I am scheduled to have the work done in August.

Came out said I needed their specialist. They made 2 appts and canceled both saying they were in another state and snowed in. They said they would reschedule. I complained online and said I would give them until the first of the year. It's July and still have not received any repair for the leak. I give up on them. I don't think they are too unreliable to provide service and have told them I wanted a refund. They said they would refund, then sent me another email saying I had to go through Angie's List.

The job was good. The front office was a bit disorganized when it went through Angies List for the booking but eventually it went well.

They did everything they said they would do. The people were very nice to deal with, they were very professional and from the vibration my light in my master bath fell and broke and they replaced the whole unit and I had a water stain in the bathroom and they got a good painter to come and take care of it for me. I spent around $7000. The job went very well.

It went very well. Although the repair did not get fixed the first time, which is hard to do, they came back and did what he had to do to and got it fixed. Very responsive and communicated well.

It went very well. They provided photos of areas of concern and explained in detail what needed to be done. I needed additional work, which they provided a detailed estimate. Total cost of work was $575, but since the package included $385.00 worth of work I only had to pay an additional $190.00. Well worth the inspection to prevent today, headaches tomorrow.

They did everything they said they would do and hauled off all the mess from the roof including getting the nails up from the lawn. Brandon met with me early on and was a big help in getting things scheduled for a new roof and everything went as planned. The roofers arrived on time and did the job. There were a few minor issues afterwards and Brandon made sure that someone came back and took care of those. Nicole in the office would call to followup and make sure that things had been taken care of and that I was satisfied. Several neighbors had used Roof Roof and I decided to use them. I am glad I used them for my roof replacement.

The guys showed up when we expected them to. They tore the old roof off, replaced several sheets of plywood from rott that they found, and put the new roof on. They also replaced all of the vents on the roof with better qualitiy ones. There was some damage to one of my windows, but before I even realized it, they let me know it was there and they would take care of it. It was taken care of within a couple days. The also put tarps around my house to catch most of the debris and nails. We did find several nails around our property, but we were expecting that. Part of the job included repainting the ceiling in our foyer and a bedroom due to leaks. They had painters out within a day of the roof work and had that completed in a day as well. There are a couple issues with the paint, but I'm sure it will all be taken care of satisfactorily. Overall, we re very pleased with the work that they did. They worked with our insurance company, which other roofers didn't want to try. They are now completing several other roofs for our neighbors and they seem very pleased as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

They were just marvelous. He made sure that I knew what I was doing and he explained everything to me before he let me sign it.
