Description of Work: They put on new roof yesterday and it looks like a new house. So far things are perfect. We had rain last night and no leaks this morning so far.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in roof. Very professional. Have not received bill as of yet but did give an estimate on first visit.

Description of Work: They installed three new soil pipe vent caps, fixed a few nail pops in the roofing shingles, and re-installed a piece of siding that had fallen off.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's List Deal for roof/gutter maintenance from Roof Roof. The representative that came out at first was friendly and informative. However, it was a drizzly day, so he was limited in what he could do. So what he attempted was to patch a leak in the gutter. He felt he could do it by drying it off - well, it didn't work. He had indicated he would come back out on a dry day to repair the second leak and attend to the first one if it didn't work. In addition, he identified a couple of areas that needed repair on the roof, provided a preliminary estimate, and said he would follow up with a detailed proper quote. We never received anything further from him or Roof Roof. (so at this point it was $59 for nothing more than a quote, that was never even confirmed). We never heard back from the Roof Roof representative, so I contacted them about the gutter patch not working, and after some back and forth, it was rescheduled. They cancelled that revisit due to sickness. Another appointment was attempted, but Roof Roof said that since the weather outlook was rain, I would need to call back the following week. Eventually an appointment was made for this Tuesday afternoon, yesterday. Roof Roof sent a message the day before the appointment asking if it could be changed to the morning. We were not available for this, but their representative came out anyway! The gentleman that came did not advise he was at the house upon arrival, and when we arrived home while he was here, this was the discussion: - can i help you? - yeah I'm here to do free labor for Angie's List! I've already been out here before and no one was home (not that we are aware of, by the way, as nothing had been scheduled since the first visit) - Sorry, I'm not aware of an appointment this morning. Does anyone know you're here? - well I didn't knock on the door. He then proceeded to be rude and unprofessional to my wife. She asked for a card; he refused to provide one and he left saying, I don't want to be here. There is no excuse for such rudeness and unprofessionalism. We had follow up conversation with the office staff and were given an apology and were left with the impression that they would deal with the employee. We also learned the first company representative had been let go.

Description of Work: Did not return my phone calls. Said they had been to the house and would provide the estimate and neveR did that either. Everytime I would call they would say estimate would be emailed to me and never was.

Description of Work: We purchased a "big deal" for 2 hrs of roof, siding, and gutter inspection & repair. The first appointment was canceled due to predicted rain. They arranged to come another day. We assumed they meant at the same time as the original appointment, but they actually showed up 2 hours ahead of that. Luckily we were home. The worker did an excellent job, found the source of a small roof leak and replaced a "vent" pipe on the roof. He then inspected the gutters (which were fine) and caulked some cracks in the siding. We feel we got very good value for the price we paid and would use this company again.

Description of Work: This provider did a no show no call on April 6 th. Spoke with Billy to see why. Billy stated that I did not submit a signed contract. I was never notified to do so. I then submitted the contact and planned to move forward . We communicated thru text messages over about a week and a half after that. He gave we several times he may be free but when the time came he would need to reschedule. On Friday April 10 Billy said he would be free Tues between 9-afternoon and I would here something. I was not contacted at all on Tuesday. I'm just tired of being blown off by Roof Roof.

Description of Work: I did not receive a call back from this company for 2 weeks after purchasing the coupon. I hired another company to do the work needed.

Description of Work: The description of the provider's services on Angie's List led me to believe they provided a different service. The ad was misleading and no service was provided. The provider was very helpful and courteous and suggested that I request a refund.

Description of Work: Repaired roof leaks. When the leak reappeared they came back and repaired another area. No problem if difficulty. Quite professional!

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list special. It wasn't really worth it in my opinion. We were told there were some minor roof issues and they did a couple of patches. They couldn't explain where our biggest leak had come from. It rained about 2 weeks after the 'work' was done and our roof leaked again. Would not use again. You get what you pay for, I guess. I expected more despite the low cost.

Description of Work: roof roof replaced the roof, shingles and decking, on my house and shed. they also replaced the metal fascia wrap. Brandon, the sales rep, was professional and knowledgeable and helped us through the process. The workers were professional and had the job finished in less than a day.
