Description of Work: Replace shingles and decking. Patrick Kiessling did an amazing job at managing the project. He fulfilled all of my contract requests and worked with my time line. Javier and his work crew were extremely professional. I was very wary about hiring a contractor as I normally perform all the repairs on my house. I am very glad that I decided to use Roof Roof. I received quotes from 7 other contractors from Angie's list and all of there numbers were close in price for the shingles but the difference in price was replacement of the decking. Roof roof wasn't the lowest in price however they were very close and we were able to work out a deal when I explained my extremely tight budget. The company had up to date certificates of insurance in both North and South Carolina. I would use them again and recommend them.

Response was quick and received quote in one day which I I accepted as they would do inspection and check various areas as well. | Installer came in two days and performed work in less than 30 minutes. |This for $400? Had I known the extent of the work I would have sought other options. Charge was excessive in my view |

Description of Work: They did not fix the leak after 2 attempts, then would not answer my calls when the roof leaked again. Cost us $1600.00 to have another company come out and fix it properly and restore the extensive drywall damage from the continued leaking. Roof Roof has a pretty truck, nice front guy, but service was costly and worthless. I would not recommend Roof Roof to anyone. I HATE giving bad reviews, but I really could not recommend them.

Description of Work: Checked my roof and did minor patching on a promotion. They did what they said and took pictures of areas that were getting worn. The pictures were emailed to me the next day. No pressure at that time to get a new roof then.

Description of Work: Nothing as far as the 2 hours worth of roof and gutter repair. They didn't have the supplies to do any gutter repair and spent about 30 minutes total inspecting my roof. They basically used it as a roof inspection and told me to call my home owners insurance to file a claim for hail damage which another roofing contractor told me I didn't have enough damage to warrant a claim.

Description of Work: Installed a new roof with architect shingles. Installed new gutter with a leaf guard cover. Repaired multiple holes in underboard of roofing and repaired damaged fascia board under gutters in back of house. Very pleased with service. Roof and gutters look great.

Description of Work: I dont plan to use this service provider again. The technician showed up very very late, didnt apologize for his lateness and definitely did call to say he would be late. Didnt do anything when he arrived except for look at the gutters and give my husband an estimate on repairs. Our gutters did need some minor repairs and he wasnt willing to do anything. My husband I were not very pleased.

When I contacted them in again in September, they asked for my phone number and I gave it to them on 9/14/15. They did not respond so my rating is based solely on their lack of response.

Description of Work: I paid $30 for an inspection and $100 towards materials up front, and then paid the remainder of the cost (to about $400) after the repair work was complete and debris removed. The end result is a roof that doesn't leak, so I am very happy with that. I also felt the proprietor did a good job of explaining options, and came through on his initial quote to clean up the roof debris, even though he said later that he had included that in the quote by accident. I graded Roof-Roof a little lower than A only for communication gaps. In addition to the mis-quote, the roofer didn't show up when scheduled on two different days. That was sure a waste of my time, since I called the office throughout each day to ask if someone was still coming, and Roof-Roof confirmed someone was on his way The third day it was scheduled, though, a roofer actually showed up. So it eventually got done. No leaks.
