Description of Work: Noticed water stain on ceiling after big snow in January'14. Original purchase was $199 roof infection package. Received quote for $500 to remove siding and replace approximately 15' of flashing where part of roof meets exterior wall. When the gentleman arrived to complete the job a more through inspection revealed that flashing was actually installed properly. He spent a couple of hours trying to locate exact source of leak, re-caulked a couple of nail holes,and resealed a few shingles. Need to wait until next snow to determine if problem was solved.

Ms. [removed member name], We performed your Angie's List Roof Tune Up on December 13,2013 at 10am per your request. Our representative inspected the roof and found the roof of the house and detached garage to be in great condition except for some of the flashing around the chimney and exposed nail heads on the plumbing ventilation boots. The flashing had lifted from the roof because of wind, so he put a few more nails in the flashing to make sure it would not come loose again. He then sealed the chimney flashing, exposed nail heads, and pipe boots. Our representative assured us that left a letter at your door stating that he had been and tried to reach out to you numerous times to confirm that you were satisfied with the job. We apologize that you are unsatisfied.
