Description of Work: I bought a Complete Home Surge Protection Package, order # 1772025. I arranged to have it installed today, Tuesday, 2/17/2015, between 11 AM and 1 PM. They did not show up , so I called them around 1:15 PM. They were not in, so I left a message. They never returned my call. I do not wish to do business with them and request a refund for the $199 I paid.

Description of Work: Installation of chandelier, bathroom exhaust fan, and two sconces. Took two electricians 3 hours to complete. Were one hour late. Needed to point out that the chandelier was not level (by about an inch). They corrected it perfectly after it was pointed out and cleaned up everything very well.

Description of Work: They came earlier in the morning and I was not prepared for the visit yet. I had two ceiling fans replaced. One ceiling fan has not worked since the day after it was installed. I have not been able to afford another electrician since that time. I cannot use a particular electrical switch in that room now or it knocks out all of the power in the room.
