Description of Work: Replaced an existing ceiling fan and existing over stove microwave oven. Promotion cost $135 for 2 hours of labor. I paid a additional $195. Installer kept saying my installation was not standard.

Description of Work: Work was done by Joshua. He was personable and professional, went right to work and installed a power outlet above a fireplace and mounted a 55" TV. Cleaned up the drywall dust etc. and the TV looks great. Will ask for Joshua for future electrical work.

Description of Work: I had several electrical outlets dead at my home, so I purchased a Big Deal for an Electrical "sevice" consultation. I expected that Roby would come to my home, diagnose the problem, and recommend a fix. Instead, I was told that this was considered a service call and it would be $99 for the first half hour. The operator (at Roby) put me on hold several times and couldn't tell me exactly what the deal was really for.
