Not good. There was some damage done to the ceiling. The electrician was late and he called late. He did one thing well though, which is to quickly get a ceiling fan support bracket from a hardware store since he was on a two hour timeframe.

It was not good. I told them over the phone I had this to do. It was about 4 or 5 things. They said they would send somebody out. He comes out and I said, "I need a light at the front to switch them out and I need one on the garage." I said, "I have the original light." I had the new lights. I said that I needed this done and that done. We spent about an hour and went through everything. He said, "Well, I'll install these 2 lights." He put the two lights in. I said, "Okay, fine, I need them and I need an estimate." He gave me an estimate on some of the others. He said, "Since I installed them, I need you to pay them." He gave me a price. I paid him for the lights. I said, "Well, I need the estimate." He said, "Oh, well we'll send it out." We were involved with a whole remodeling project here. I had electricians, I had cabinet people, I had painters. It was a month or so later, when I was getting ready to have the lights put in the kitchen. I called up and said, " I haven't received an estimate. She looks and says, "Oh, he wasn't supposed to give you an estimate." I said, "What do you mean? He gave me an estimate." "No, he's not qualified." I said, "I still haven't gotten an invoice for the $400 or little over." "Oh, well we will get one out." To date, I still don't have an estimate.

These guys are great. They were booked for a week, but I described my problem and they took the time to talk me through a solution over the phone (I can do some electrical work). Very generous with their time and they'll 100% be my electrician moving forward, this is the type of company I want to be doing business with.

This was my second time using them. I was impressed with their quality of work and friendliness. They provide great, prompt work. The pricing does seem a little high.

It was fine. Everything went well. I thought they were a bit pricey, but since then, I've contacted a few other people to do things, and it seems like everyone is high. They go buy the 1/2 hour. The first 1/2 is over $100, and the second is $75. They are very high. But he was good. He was fast. I had a list of things I wanted him to do and he did them all. I have something else that needs done and since he did so good and was so fast, I told him I'd have him come back. I would use them again if I couldn't find anyone cheaper or Angie's List didn't have a better deal.

The electrician was very kind, professional, and cleaned up everything after he was done. Excellent job and would hire again.

The technician did not have the right color dimmer switch, but promptly went to purchase it. The technician was prompt and professional, but the problem was not fully resolved. Replacing the switch did not fix the problem the noise issue, which he thought might have been the type of light bulbs. We later replaced the light fixture and it fixed the noise issue.

They did a great job and followed up with any question I had. The stair lights are amazing I know they worked hard to replace them. I can't wait until all the trees are out and see how the lights look shining up on them - all my neighbors will be jealous of our building.

Everything was done neatly and professionaly. Very pleased.

Roby Electric didn't install the HVAC thermostat correctly the first time but they promptly sent someone else out to fix it and everything is working great now.

They were very responsive to my first email. I the called to make an appointment and they were very helpful. We set up the appointment for the next week. The electrician called ahead then showed up on time. He completed the tasks and every thing went great.

Electrician was very punctual and extremely efficient. He was alone so I did offer to assist to make a few things easier which I don't mind doing at all. He made a slight change to the length which mean removing all downrods to reach the smallest, then hung.

Non-Responsive. Left a message with their answering service and filled out their online form to request an estimate - never heard back from them.

It went great. The technician, Paul, immediately knew what was wrong and hot to fix both issues. When I originally scheduled it the secretary estimated 1-2 hours. All done, everything secured and working in 30 minutes. Great job I would hire them again.

Great. Informative. Tended to my wishes and details with ease. And cleaned up after themselves.

Roby came out to do some work on a couple items that were identified on an inspection report before selling our home. I had used them in the past but am not satisfied this time. The items were to adjust a slight wobble on the ceiling fan and bring the electrical grounding on our attic gas line up to meet the current code. There seemed like there was an issue trying to figure out how to do the gas line grounding and I was told that they would have to give me a quote to perform the work and email me a receipt for the ceiling fan adjustment as well. Over 2 days later and I haven't received anything. I had to call 2 times to get a receipt and let them know not to worry about the quote for the gas line grounding. I found another electrician that already came out and fixed the issue. So all in all I paid $269.22 to adjust a ceiling fan, which is outrageous.

Gentleman who came out was rude, surly, and late. It ended up being WAY more expensive than was advertised. I would not recommend this company.

GFI outlet repaired successfully. Determined that two of the light fixtures had faulty transformers and needed replacement. Have ordered parts and will be installed at later date.
