They showed up right on time and quickly got to work. They were very efficient and professional. Completed all of the work and cleaned up. The were able to do this work on a Saturday when we could both be home.

It went great! The gentleman was a few minutes late because he was waiting for his partner. However, he called & apologized & was here when he said he would be. Installing an attic fan in North Carolina in July is not fun work but they worked hard & got it done in the amount of time they said he would. He answered all my questions & even offered to put a motor on our old motor fan as an alternative to purchasing and installing a new one. I told him I wanted a whole new one however & he did exactly as I asked. I was impressed!

They did a great job and was very punctual and professional in my opinion. Definitely will use them again.

I had the first appointment on a Friday morning to have three ceiling fans installed and a home surge protector. The electrician, Thomas, was courteous and started the fan installations immediately. The Casablanca fans were in the shipping boxes and required unpacking, assembly of blades with lighting and remote controls.Each fan was tested with me present and Thomas trained me on the remote control features. I had purchased two hours of labor for $119 and all three fans were installed in that time frame. The areas were cleaned up when completed and the remaining materials were neatly packed in the original boxes for me. The home surge protector was purchased as a special rate for $199. It was installed into my electrical panel neatly without disrupting our electricity in the home. The experience from making the appointment to the completion of the work was great. I will use Roby again.

Experience was great. He explained everything to me clearly. He also bought additional parts for me that I was missing. He installed everything very quickly.

Service was provided quickly and everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The installer was on time, completed the work quickly and left no mess behind. Looks like the surge protector was always there. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very pleased with the workmanship.....The worker forgot to install the dimmer switch when they were at my home....Called their office and someone was sent out to my house within 25 minutes to wire the dimmer switch....Will use Roby Electric again in the future....Great job and very satisfied as a customer.

The tech arrived on time with a pleasant attitude, and promptly took care of everything as requested. Before departing, everything was tested to my satisfaction and any debris cleaned up. I would gladly recommend Roby Electric to others and certainly would contract them for additional electrical work. Overall this was an excellent experience.

Great job overall! One of the front rooms in our house had no lighting. We had hte lights installed and it has made a huge difference in the usage of our room. Roby employee was neat and professional and cleaned up after he was done. Got job done pretty quickly.

I spoke with Dawn at their office to schedule the work. She was polite and cheerful. The work was scheduled between 2 -4 in the pm. The called about 1 pm to say they were running a little late but they still arrived at 2:30. The looked at the things I had on my list and made requested repairs. I'm satisfied with the work.

Gus was very prompt, courteous and professional and he's a very friendly guy. He installed a ceiling fan in my kitchen. My house doesn't have an attic, so he had to go under the crawl space of my house with his ladder to get up to the attic space and remove the kitchen light fixture box in order to install the fan. This is an older home, built in 1968. But he didn't show any sign of discontent at having to do this. He also installed a fluorescent light fixture over my kitchen sink. He replaced my bathroom exhaust fan and 4 receptacle outlets throughout my home. During the process of turning the power off he discovered a sizzling sound coming from the breaker box. Thank God, he noticed that! It was a bad amp breaker and from the look of that thing I'm surprised I hadn't run into any problems in my home. But Gus replaced it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend "Roby Electric".

After searching Angies list I called to request information (rates, times, etc) from a couple of different companies. I was hoping to find an electrician that could come on a Sat. since that was the only time I could be sure someone could be here. It was around 3:30 PM when I called this company (I happened to be home early this day) and I explained I needed someone for Sat. They said they usually don't do Sat. unless it is an emergency but she could have someone at my house within the hour. And sure enough, he was there. I would definiately use they again.

The guy who came to place the bid was good and friendly.

I called Roby Electric before buying the $99 coupon special to make sure they would be able to do the work soon. They told me they could come out soon and we scheduled the appointment right then. Jacob arrived this morning and did a terrific job of listening to what I needed and explaining what he would do. He completed the work within the two hours. I then pointed out a ceiling fan that I was planning to replace with another one, and he offered to get that done one the same visit. I paid only for the additional labor to hang that fan. It worked out great and I'm very satisfied.

I had a loose ceiling fan in my great room. I had purchased an Angie's Big Deal for Roby Electric a few months ago. I called, made an appointment and the gentleman showed up on time to do the work. He took down that fan, put up a new fan with a remote, put the old fan in another room, and fixed an outdoor light for me. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and quality of the work done! I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends.
