Aaron arrived on time, found the wires installed the lamp and replaced the soil in 2 hours :). Would definitely use them again.

I had a problem with switches activating an outlet. He came to out very promptly and was able to address the situation correctly. They are very punctual, organized, and very professional. The gentleman also suggested other things that needed to be done and he was very nice in giving me helpful advice. I would use him again and would also recommend him to others.

Showed up on time, early in the morning to assess the work needed. Completed the work cleanly and was very professional. There were 2 options for the surge protection installation, discussed both options with me before proceeding with the installation. The landscape lighting was completed nicely. Only issue was that the stone on the front of the house was damaged where the wiring was pulled through the crawl space. I noticed that damage later on and called them back. Next week the technician came back and put some caulking on the damaged part which I am not not completely sure will be a lasting repair. I will have to keep an eye on it. Overall good and professional experience at a good price. I am thinking of taking advantage of their other special offers.

I had a breaker that was sparking up badly and would not stay on. I contacted Roby after reaching out to others. They managed to get a technician to my house that afternoon. He inspected the box and instantly knew the problem. Its just took him a few minutes to find the trouble area and repair. He was quick and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing which was assuring. Over all it was a good experience. They were a bit higher in price. I've used another electrician from Angie's List that charged less, but still good service.

The installation and service preformed was excellent!

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal to have some electrical work done and fixtures installed. I've used a couple of different Angie's list providers so far and this one has by far been the best. The electrican was early, worked quickly, and cleaned up as he went. Professional from start to finish. I was extremely impressed. I wouldn't use anyone else at this point for electrical work.

Came out and said the pitch of the roof would not allow them to install the proposed attic fan. Proposed an alternative and installed.

We purchased an Angie's list special for electrician services by the job. The electrician installed 2 ceiling fans that we had previously purchased, in a 30-year old home built with different electrical code in place. He noted the code difference, corrected our wiring for the fans we wanted installed, recommended a different fan than one of the ones we had purchased (I RAN out for the new one!) and efficiently and professionally installed them both. He was on time, finished in the time anticipated, communicated well ahead of time as well as during the service, with no muss or fuss with the old fans,ceiling or switches. We shop Angie's Special Offers, and of all the ones we purchased, this was the best and an outstanding experience. We were never made to feel that we had gotten a "cheap special" that would not cover what we wanted done. They made us feel like we and our little job were just as important to them as any other - greatly appreciated! We will go back to them for other electrical work we know we need done.

Thomas contacted me to ask if he could arrive early, which was greatly appreciated. When he arrived he determined that fan noise was caused by loose connections. He also checked all other fans (5) and tightened those connections also. He was very professional and friendly. Work took less than an hour.

This was our FIRST time using Angie's List, as I was hesitant to pay for this service. However, we more than made up for the cost with this one coupon alone. So BRAVO to Angie's List! Look forward to using it again soon!

This was a wonderful experience, the techs showed up on time, were polite, thorough, efficient and hard working. The work was performed exactly as we had wanted, they thoroughly cleaned the work areas including taking away the two old ceiling fans and sweeping up the entire work area. We would highly recommend this company, in fact I plan on buying another two hours of work, although I don't know when I will need it.

I called on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to find an electrician who could come on a Saturday on short notice. He arrived on time and did a very thorough and professional job. He cleaned up as he went. I am so pleased with my new chandelier and exterior light. And I am relieved to have that open outlet covered. I will definitely use Roby again for any electric work in my home.
