I purchased a special for 2 hours of electrical labor for $89. The electrician was on-time, professional, and installed 6 lights within the dedicated time frame. I was even really picky on one of the light fixtures so he made sure to be extra careful and align it exactly as I wanted. I would absolutey hire Roby Electric again.

The electrician replaced the bathorom exhaust fan with one that runs more quietly. While not "silent" it was a definite improvement. I have used Roby Electric more than once and have found their electricians to be efficient and honest - they do not "pad" the job.

Excellent experience. They had a coupon that worked for my service need. After the job was finished they patched the wall and cleaned everything. Will definitely use them again.

It went well. However, it took two people three hours to do the work. This exceeded the amount for the Big Deal. The amount listed above is in addition to the $99 for the deal. One thing the company could have done better was to ask the color of my switch plates when scheduling the job. They only had white on the truck and mine are ivory, so they had to leave to get parts. They cleaned up after them selves and I am pleased with the results.

It turned out well. They were a good company to work with. There were some bill issues but they corrected it.

I had bought the big deal for the recessed lights with dimmer switch installation. Showed up on time and completed the work cleanly and quickly. We discussed the options for the placement of the lights because the fax would have blocked part of the light beam if it was too close and also decided to tie into the existing switch. I showed the technician another problem I was having in the next room. He looked at it and figured that it was a bad switch. He replaced that also for me. Overall good and professional experience at a good price.

It went fine. Electrician was prompt and professional. When I realized one didn't work properly the next day, I simply called him and he came out and fixed it the very next day. No problems since. I have had them for about 6 months now. I purchased labor only, no parts/equipment. Very professional.

Roby Electric arrived promptly, came prepared with anything necessary to do the job, and installed three bathroom exhaust fans in two hours. This included 'regrouping" when we found the replacement fans I had purchased didn't exactly fit the housing in my 1985 home. This company is my "go-to" for a job well-down at a reasonable price.

The process went fine. The technician showed up on time and installed the fan without incident. He was knowledgeable and had no trouble dealing with the relatively complicated switches involved.

They did excellent work! The fixtures were ~20 ft. high requiring two men plus ladders, They completed all work without damaging walls or ceiling. Workers were were very professional and efficient. The arrived on time and the overall experience was very good.

The gentlemen from Roby was on time, courteous, and most importantly professtional and meticulous. The tech was here for three hours cleaning and servicing two AC units. I liked his work so much that I bought a maintenance contract so that my heating units would be serviced in the fall and the AC units serviced again in the spring. I rarely purchase warranties of any kind. I felt that I would be getting a good value for my money by purchasing Roby's Maintenance package.

Two electricians arrived on time to complete the work. I had purchased two hours of electrical work from an Angie's List special. They installed a brand new electrical outlet in the living room. I had just had new hardwood floors installed and was concerned about damage to the floor. The guys were great.....took care with the new floor and installed the outlet exactly where I had suggested. I also needed more light in the kitchen. They chose the appropriate location for the new can lights in the ceiling with no input from me. They exactly match what was already in the ceiling and no additional ceiling repair or painting was necessary after they finished. They cleaned everything up before they left. I had about 20 min of time left once the job was finished and they volunteered to check the breaker box in the garage and did a mini electrical inspection prior to leaving. Very professional and courteous.

He did a good job except that he made more cuts than was needed, as he had to locate where to run the electrical wiring. This may be a common problem, I am not sure. Either way it was part of the "paid" time and repairs to fix it were completely on the homeowner. The service man was extremely nice as was the office staff that dealt with scheduling and billing.

I do not recall the exact dates of these appointments. However, the first appointment with Roby Electric was to install a microwave hood over my stove and a kitchen light. The contractor was great. He had a little time left over so I asked if he could install a ceiling fan light...and he did! I thought that was great customer service. I liked their service so much that I later contacted them directly to install 2 ceiling fan lights and 3 bathroom lights. It was a different contractor, but he was great too. Overall, they were professional, fast and a great value (with the Angie's List coupons).

Great job. Arrived ontime and cleaned up when finished. Would recommend and hire again.
