Late on a Friday afternoon 2 breakers kept tripping and we had no A/C downstairs. Even though we had to pay after hours rates, we were very grateful for Roby's prompt response. We ended up only having to replace 1 breaker. If they hadn't come, we would've had to go to a motel for the weekend because our house was getting really hot inside. Mr. Roby was very nice, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. We would definitely use them again.

Our home is an older home that we wish to "update", while our contact was to install can lights in one room, our intent was to use a contractor for one project and evaluate their work and hire for all other projects. Andrew returned our call in a timely manner, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. We were so hopeful that we found an electrician that was reliable and actually returned calls AND showed up for appointments as scheduled after so many ignored calls and no shows for appointments. Andrew was pleasant, professional and seemed efficient. We had almost decided to use them even though their estimate was so much higher than the other two bids we had received. Andrew left last Friday afternoon stating that e would e-mail us a formal bid that afternoon. I waited patiently Friday evening but nothing came. When we did not receive anything on Saturday thought that there could be an issue with an incorrect e-mail address so I e-mailed Andrew and requested the promised bid. He did respond quickly stating that he would send it prior to COB Monday. Today is Friday and nothing has been received. It is such a shame that the failure to provide a bid or to keep promises prior to starting work cost them thousands in work. How can you trust a company that fails to keep promises or to follow up BEFORE THEY RECIVE PAYMANT? I can only imagine how responsive they would have been after they cashed my check and there was an issue. Use them at your own risk!

I purchased 2 hours of labor for $135. The person who scheduled my appointment said she thought all of these tasks could be performed within the 2 hour time-frame. Of course the electrician who came to perform the work stated it might take more than 2 hours. I tried to leave him alone to do the work as quickly as possible, then when we had only about 10 minutes left, realized I needed a couple of switches switched. It took 5 minutes additional beyond the 10 minutes, and I had to pay $79 for an additional 1/2 hour. After he left, I discovered he had taken the time to totally disassemble the ceiling fans I planned to discard. In fact, I would have offered them to someone for free, but after they were totally disassembled no one would want them.

I've had good experience with them. I've used them on several occasions. I think the price could have been better. They were very knowledgeable.

Electrician arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.

The associate punctually arrived to my resident and was entirely professional at all times. He informed me of his troubleshooting throughout his work allowing me to know the problem and his approach to solving them. He was conscious of the time commitment and advised where he thought he should prioritize his time. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would hire again.

They were fine. It was pretty simple. I probably will in the following weeks. It was just an light, and I know how to use them. I trust their work. They are always in mark vehicles wearing uniforms, and they tell you ahead of who is coming. They know what they are doing.

The bathtub is a Jacuzzi tub as well and they needed a dedicated line for the motor, for the pump, so they had to put in a dedicated line there and then they had to put in a new breaker in the control box. For the price, they seem to be a little high with what they do. Their quality is an A, that's for sure. I've never had a problem with their punctuality. I had a little problem with the price they charged me was not the price that was quoted to me, and then I had to call the salesman back and say well, this is the price you told me, why isn't that the price now? He did live up to the price he quoted me, but I just don't like doing business like that. You know, you gave me a quote. Why was there any confusion about the price? It wasn't like they just came here and did the work and then gave me the price off the top of their head. I had an appointment to get a quote and it was written down. I shouldn't have had to fight, I shouldn't have even had to make a phone call for that, but I did. It just leaves question marks in your mind for the next time you may want to use them. I haven't used them since.

Blair and Jamie did a great job. They were quick, thorough and neat. I am very happy with the result.

The company was trying to get even more money for me because they said the work would be more extensive even though this was not stated in the fine print. I had agreed to pay an additional $89 already and they still wanted more. I will never use this service again.

We were very happy with them. They guy came out, and did a good job. He was pleasant. He was fast. We were just very pleased with the work. He fixed an ongoing problem with the additional work he came out to do. We were pleased with him. He was very personable. It was not cheap. That was the one thing it was pricey. I read the comments, and I was pleased to have the work done well. It was expensive. I think he was early actually.

I have used them many times. They are very good. They did a good job. The price is reasonable. They call ahead of time and they usually call an hour before they get here.
