Arrived on time, promptly and efficiently replaced a fan on a vaulted ceiling. Within the 2 hour allotted time from the Angie's List Deal, the electrician was also able to re-wire some switches in another room - separated a light/fan from a single switch on to 2 switches (separate controls for fan & light), and fixed the second switch across the room, to be able to control the light from either switch.

Roby Electric was prompt, courteous, and respectful.

Roby Electric, Inc. had reasonable prices, the gentleman who came out was very good, he did what we had asked him to do and he did it within the time frame that he said he would do it. He did the job very professionally and he cleaned up after himself. We chose to go with them because they were a 4 star recommendation on Angie's List.

This is the second time we've used Roby, both times with the Big Deal Coupon from Angie's List, which is a phenomenal value. This visit, they hung an outdoor ceiling fan and a hanging ceiling fixture in our home office. This we very straight forward as the connections were already there etc. We had a third fixture which we had hoped they could hang at the same time, but it had not yet been delivered via the manufacturer. Since we still had at least 1 hour left on the coupon, they agreed they would honor the remaining hour once the fixture came in. When the fixture did arrive, the technician who was supposed to come out had injured his leg. The Roby office worked hard to find two other technicians who could stop by if they finished their jobs early. They did show up, late Friday afternoon. The fixture was to be hung in our dining room which has very high ceilings (probably 15 feet or taller). IT was a very intricate light fixture that took a lot of manual labor to hang, all the while teetering on a very tall ladder. The two technicians were extremely professional and courteous. I'm sure this was not the job they were hoping for on a Friday evening, but they never complained, and stayed until we were happy with the fixture's alignment and cleaned up after themselves. We were thoroughly happy with their work, and have no reason to look elsewhere for our electrical needs.

William was right on time and fixed the motion light over my garage. It is so nice to come home late at night and have the lights go on and turn off by itself. Then he fixed the light in my ceiling fan in the family room. Finally have light so now I can see.

Use Angies list numerous time and always try to use those that have the most favorable ratings.I emailed the provider on a Sunday.Heard from them on a Wed..Lady that contacted me must have gotten interupted and said she would call me right back.Never heard from her.Called back on a Thursday afternoon,left contact information again with what my problems were with my electircial.Today Saturday,1 week and 1 day later,no reply. It appears we have a highly disorganized approach to doing business or we have more business than they can handle.Hope it is the latter.

I used the big deal with Roby Electric, Inc. I will hire them again, absolutely. They are already scheduled. They did the job on time, on budget. No surprises. The job went excellent. They guy that came here worked in the time frame, the job was done, and the materials they charged for were excellent. They did this three, four weeks ago. We spent $189.

He was on time and very efficient, did everything in a methodical manner, and completed in a short time.

I had an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this service. I called and made an appointment and they promptly showed up. They did an excellent job.

I was pleased with Roby. The electrician they sent was knowledgable and profesional. Because the job turned out to be more complicated than expected he could not complete the task on the initial visit. While scheduling a second visit was not ideal, they did not charge me for the time of the initial visit even though I was using a coupon. The job was completed to our satisfaction.

We're still settling into our new-to-us OLD house, and wanted to replace some tired light fixtures with something more fun. We had Roby out on two occasions, using Angie's List coupons, to install fixtures for us. Some of our choices were tricky to install, and the Roby technicians were very patient, as well as careful, in their work. They came when they said they'd come, charged what we'd agreed on, and were professional and pleasant throughout.

I had a circuit breaker that had flipped off and wouldn't come back on. I thought it was just that the breaker had gone bad, but after electrician swapped out the breaker with a good one we discovered it was actually a short somewhere in the circuit. The electrician was wonderful and helped me move some extremely heavy office furniture in order to get access at all of the outlets to trouble-shoot and find the short. Turns out it was in the light switch box. He fixed the wiring and everything works just fine now! I live out in the boonies so I was very pleasantly surprised that I was only charged for the labor and that there was no "trip" or "call" charge. Roby Electric is now stored in my phone and I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs.

A technician arrived late-morning to diagnose the issue and gave me an estimated quote of $140. He then called the service technician, who came around an hour later to perform the work. It took him approximately 20 minutes to perform the work, and the actual bill came to $98.35. Both employees were very courteous and professional - I will absolutely use Roby in the future.

It was a very good experience. Brad completed the work in a very efficient and timely manner. He left the work area neat and clean as he found it. He was very helpful and informative. He was very professional.

They did a good job. They don't get an 'A' from me for several reasons ~ they spent a lot of time trouble shooting a ceiling fan and all that was wrong is that I couldn't find the remote. I think that evaluation cost me about an hour of labor. The sconces installed were not level. However, I a fairly maticulous so they are only noticeable to me. They did leave some holes in the drywall that they did return to fix. However, the dry wall guy didn't have any credentials and was not dressed with any uniform or clothing to indicate he was with Roby. I think that they could be more professionl in that regard, but all in all, they did pretty good work. I'd hire them again.

I rarely write reviews but Roby Electric did a truly AMAZING job! Sean (Sales Manager) was extremely professional from the first phone call. He suggested doing a demo of outdoor lighting at night so we could see placement and decide what things would look like before actual installation. This enabled us to visualize a huge expenditure beforehand and make adjustments where needed. HUGE benefit and I recommend this to everyone. Jimmy (Lead Electrician) is perhaps the best Contractor (no matter the field) we have ever had at our home. He is SO knowledgeable, communicated well, was considerate, and extremely consultative. My husband and I were incredibly happy with him and his team. If i could, I would volunteer time to help spread the word about this company. I have shared our great happiness with everyone I know. It's so RARE this day in age to find truly stellar service and Roby Electric is IT. They set the standard and we will continue to use them in the future. They arrived on time and tested all areas of concern.

Overall the experience was good. They had to come back out because one of the switches was not quite right. However, they immediately fixed it and did not charge us for it.
