They were very good. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did all the work and we were happy with it but it has been quite a while since we have used them. I do not remember exactly the details of the service but they were polite, clean and here on time. They did what they were supposed to do and we just paid for whatever the advertised thing was.

The experience was very poor. They sent someone who wasn't a licensed electrician, and he didn't do a very good job, and another company ended up fixing his work. He was friendly and punctual, but we later found out, he didn't hook things up correctly, and when we checked with the company, they said he wasn't licensed. I contacted them afterwards, and they apologized, and reimbursed us most of the cost. So they tried to correct it.

Very prompt, polite, knowledgable. I have requested some additional lights to be installed on the other side of the house. They are scheduled to do that tomorrow.

I called one of their phone numbers and their representative put me on hold while I was explaining to her what the problem was. I waited on the phone forever and nobody got back to me. So then I called a different number for this company, the girl took my information and told me that somebody will call me back. Nobody did. I considered it strange that she couldn't give me an appointment and why somebody had to call me back. I guess it was their tactic to ignore possible customers. I have used their services once before, but now, after they showed such a lack of professionalism, I will never deal with them again.

Installed two additional circuits to an overloaded room. Installed a ceiling fan outlet and switch |Ran rear surround speaker cables and installed outlets.

They were responsive, timely and professional.

The install was difficult based on the installation of the original box but Roby installed it and validated its condition. This is an absolutely must for any home to protect tens of thousands of dollars of electrical equipment that most of us have in our home. And Roby did a great job and provided a product that was comparable in price and quality of everything I saw on the market that I perhaps could have installed myself. We are very happy and feel much more secure now that we have this unit protecting our home. If you live in an area that ever has severe storms, this is more than worth the investment. Even if insurance covers the damage, it is a nightmare inventorying everything and having to reinvest in equipment. The time required is unbelievable!

My outside landscape lights stopped working. Roby had good reviews so I called for estimate. Turns out the transformer was fried and needed replacing. We scheduled replacement as well as new timer that was to code and outdoor. Work went as planned. Was a bit concerned about the timer plug/cable being exposed to elements but seems to be working fine.

It has been good. We have had some bad storms. They did a very nice job.

Roby Electric gave me an estimate for hanging a lamp. The customer service team was great, extremely pleasant and responsive. I did not contract with Roby Electric due to a change in plans, but based on their quick response and customer service, I would definitely consider contacting them again in the future.

The installation was more complicated than expected. The service tech did not have what he needed on the first visit. The great part was that he did not charge me for the visit. He simply rescheduled for another time to complete the work.

Installed whole house surge protector, went very well.

Called Roby Electric as I heard of their reputation for quality - they have a reputation for doing things right. I also see they are highly rated on Angieslist. Got an appointment for an estimator to come out to quote a fixed price for work I wanted. Two estimators showed up - they called ahead as we agreed and arrived on time. They looked at the 2 rooms I wanted the outlets in. I requested 3 quotes one for each room separately and one to do both rooms together to decide if it was worth doing something now rather than in the future. They agreed to get the 3 quotes to me that Thursday evening. By Monday lunch I did not have the quotes, so I gave them a call. A hour later I got 2 quotes not the 3 that I had requested. The missing quote was the primary work I wanted doing. A quick email exchange resolved that and I booked an appointment for 2pm Thursday. 235 on Thursday no one had showed up and I had not received a call - everyone I've used on angieslist has called if they need to adjust a time, and most call 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm. I called the office and was told the appointment was actually for between 2 to 4 and I had not been informed that as the person taking my appointment was new and being trained. Fair enough. Not a problem, but I had scheduled around a 2 pm arrival not a 2 hour window. The office called their tech and reported he would be with me in 10 minutes. He showed up after 30 minutes. He had clearly not been briefed on the work and showed me he had been dispatched on a time and materials basis. The tech looked at the job and I was clear where I wanted the outlet. He carefully investigated options including looking in the attic. He could not find an easy option from there. He came up with a plan of action that I was ok with, but when I checked towards the end of the job the outlet was not where I wanted it. He explained that after some investigation he found difficulty running the outlet from the point of electricity we had available. I could see his point. The outlet is not where I wanted it, but it's acceptable and the work is fine. I will try a different angieslist electrical contractor next time.

Roby Electric's representative and serviceman were very professional. The work was completed competently and in a timely manner. I recommend their services and would use them again in the future.

They were very polite and friendly. They were willing to do whatever it took to replace the part. They were prompt.

The overall service of Roby Electric was great. There was human error involved in that the morning appointment was misplaced and it was necessary for me to call the company to reconfirm the initial appointment and reschedule a new appointment. The company was very courteous and apologetic and went out of their way to ensure that I received service that same day, albeit five hours later. The electrician arrived at 4 PM and began immediately repairing the doorbell service. He was not only efficient but also went out of his way to explain what he was doing to my satisfaction. He replaced the system, which included replacing the transformer in the crawl space below the porch. After that repair he continued with the bathroom light fixture which required some reconfiguring of the switchbox. All this was accomplished in less than an hour and a half. Upon completion and presentation of the bill, the company provided a nice discount on said Bill for the inconvenience of the misplaced morning appointment. Overall I would gladly recommend their services to anyone.

I did not hear back from the provider.

According to my husband the provider could not complete for some reason he disagreed with. This was over a year ago and I do not remember the details.

Antwone arrived right on time and got right to work.All the fans were installed in 5 hours. It was a great job.

The technician was very good. I purchased the fans myself. He actually showed that the fan blades were reversible so you can have a new look. He was able get the fans installed quickly too. 2 years later, everything is still working fine. I had no scheduling issues and the technician showed up on time. Overall, it was a good experience.

From start to finish these guys were awesome! Shawn came out and was on time and sent me an estimate the same day. They were not the lowest bid we had, but they were competitive and by far the most professional. I never questioned their knowledge and felt very comfortable having them in my home. Electricians Chad and Shannon went above and beyond to make me happy. They were on time, thorough, and polite. Over the past 12 months we have had multiple contractors come through our home, with disappointing results and unprofessionalism. We started to doubt that anyone in the construction business had a strong work ethic. We are glad to see that Roby Electric has Chad, Shannon and Shawn to show that it is possible to be polite, courteous, knowledgeable and show pride in their trade. Thank you again, we will gladly do business with you in the future and refer you to our friends.

From start to finish, it was a good experience. They scheduled my appointment and the contractor arrived on time. He removed my old light fixture and installed the new one. He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!
