From the first call to the office where I spoke with Sandy to the final day of service by Anthwan everyone at Roby was professional, polite and on time. I must say that Anthwan is is asset to the company. He was tenacious in finding the problem and worked diligently at resolving the issue. When the first GIF was replaced all appeared to be working well until the next morning when it would not reset. I placed a call to the office and Anthwan was here within 2 hours. After discussing what had been done the previous day he installed a new GIF and again all was well. He tested it numerous times and it was OK. The next day it went down again and I called and was told that the next available repair tec would be sent to my address. Anthwan was here around lunch time and he checked every outlet that was on that circuit and even moved the washer to a new empty circuit to lower the draw. When it still kept tripping he proceeded to pull the sockets out and test the wiring on each one. What he found was the builder had run the electric off the outside switch to the shed and it was faulty. He disconnected the shed with my permission and I no longer have an issue. If I ever need electrical repair or new lighting put in I will call no one but Roby. They were a pleasure to do business with.

It was good experience. We also dealt with them in the past and we are very satisfied with them. I would use them again in the future.

The gentleman who came out was very professional. He explained every step of what he was doing and was very personable. He fixed the three way switch and the outlet switch in a little under an hour. I rated overall B only because the price was about $50 more than I expected considering how long he was working, but the service was great.

I used Roby Electric for a rental property in Uptown Charlotte. No issues with scheduling the appointment and they were able to provide a quote over the phone. Overall good experience. They came toward the end of the 2 hour time block they provided for the appointment and then had problems parking in the urban environment - so you will want to plan for that if your building has a parking deck - they couldn't clear the clearance with their van. The technician was professional and fast - it wasn't a complex job. I supplied the switches and outlets and already had the covers off. The price was more or less on par with the estimate - $99 for the first 1/2 hour (service call) and $59 for each additional 1/2 hour - with an estimate of 1 hour total, however, it was about 35-40 min of work and charged for the full hour. I believe they charged for the hour due to parking/etc. They honored a $20 Angie's List Coupon so I didn't push it.

It was fine. They were reliable. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised.

They diagnosed the problem very quickly that a couple of wires were broken and no longer connected. Immediately began to correct the problem and had the job done very quickly. They were even doing this job when the weather was not that great and had been raining earlier in the morning. There was also an outlet broken during trying to find the problem which they replaced at no cast due to it breaking while trying to find the problem. They were also very couteous and respectful of my home and made every effort to make sure they did not track in dirt and mud from the wet outdoors. Great job all around!!

I was familiar with them and you know, I tracked and I had an A rating so that's usually my criteria. I don't have much to compare.

They gave me more than what I asked for! They are excellent people and provided great service. They absolutely went above and beyond! They even made a follow up trip to see if any issues had arisen.

Roby Electric did a first class job on our projects. In addition to actually performing the job when they said they would, I was incredibly impressed with our Project Manager (Andrew Cavalieri) who kept us in the loop at each step with everything we needed to know (from costs to timing, etc.). They were always on time, came out during a blizzard and I found the price to be very reasonable as compared to the other electrical companies in Charlotte. Overall, very impressed and very pleased.

The two man crew were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. I had gotten two quotes prior to Roby bidding the job and both of the other crews were triple the pricing. When I told this to the Roby crew, they said that the other crew probably had to rent the taller ladder and that cost was in the quote. I appreciated the feedback, as I always love to learn. I would recommend Roby to anyone and will use them again.

No work was performed as Roby was uninterested.
