Aaron was polite over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. and he came over to provide a quote. He 'hedged' on just about every aspect of the work - "if x were to happen, we are not responsible... if x-1 were to happen, we are not responsible either... and not even if x-2 happened..., no sir!". It's good to be upfront, but this was frustrating. Irrespective, we explained what needed to be done and asked for a quote. We never even got that.

The work was excellent. The worker very professional.

We had to place an emergency / after hours phone call to Roby Heating & Cooling when we returned home from vacation to find our thermostat at 80 degrees and climbing. Jeremy arrived in under an hour and quickly got to work. He did what he could that Sunday evening to keep us cool for a few more days, but unfortunately we ended up needing to replace the unit. He was back with us on Wednesday, got the unit replaced and we've been cool and comfortable ever since. He worked hard and quick, was very knowledgeable and educated us on our new unit and all the gadgets that came with, and was friendly with our dog and baby. Despite the circumstances, we enjoyed getting to know him and will definitely use Roby Heating & Cooling again.

Called early on a Tue morning. Person answering the call said I'd get a call from a technician. No call that day or by 10:30 the next. Called back the next day, this time was told they could not get anyone out to my house until the following week. Price seemed outrageous, but maybe it's typical. Service call was $99, time after that was $89 per half hour. Now looking for someone else.

Mike came out a bit late due to filling in for another person. He went straight to the job with little delay. Had to drill two holes through brick to run the line. It took about 2.5 hours. The only drawback is the cost works out over $150 per hour. Though they are highly rated, their cost is double the average for an electrician.

Everything went great. Price was as agreed, no surprises at the end of job. The electrician (Eduardo) showed up on time (even calling to confirm he was on the way and expected time of arrival), was very professional, diligent, and hard working throughout completion of the job; a great representation for the the company. I definitely recommend using the services of Roby Electric LLC, and will use the company again for other projects

The two Roby electricians did a good job. However, other than replacing the ballasts, replacing the bulbs required absolutely no technical expertise other than the two of them moving a high ladder around the outside of our house and in our kitchen in order to get to the fixtures, which are all very high. Total cost: $721!! I didn't understand that the labor is $89 for a HALF HOUR, not an hour. Other than the height of this work, it was NOT worth $178/hour plus the $95 trip charge.

Our house has a series of outlets that daisy-chain connections. One in particular has kept burning out, and takes the remaining outlets in its chain with it. I've had limited success in repairing these myself, and one night I had finally had enough. I called Roby, and they had Antwan here that afternoon. He quickly fixed our problem, and pointed out the reason it kept recurring: aluminum wiring! (This is rare for a home from the mid-60's.) He explained that care has to be taken with copper-to-aluminum junctions, but moving through our home and replacing any improper junctions will solve the various issues that have plagued us for years. I am so grateful. Antwan treated me like an intelligent person, and offered a range of options for repairs that will end up saving us a great deal of money.

Keith was great. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns, checked everything thoroughly and even replaced an outlet for us no charge. I would definitely hire again.

They arrived on time and did the work professionally and efficiently. We didn't like the style of recessed light trim kits that they provided (they didn't match the other trim kits in the room) but we had two available that they used. They credited us for the cost of parts for that work. They also installed the wrong type of timer for the other outside light. But when I realized it and called it to their attention, they immediately agreed to come the next business day and re-install the correct timer for no additional cost. We were very happy with them and would hire them again without hesitation.

Scheduling the work and getting an estimate was fast and easy. My husband works from the house, so he could let the two workers in and answer questions. Everything went smoothly except that the workers didn't wait for my husband to get off a work call to verify our preferred length of the chandelier chain... they just decided on the height themselves (and it's too short) and cut off the rest of the chain, so there's nothing we can do about it now.

It went very well. The job was performed quicker than I expected. He also checked an outlet I had been having trouble with. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it immediately. We are very happy with the service performed.

They were the first company to figure out the shorting out problem. I had had several electricians out to look at it, but they were the only ones that were able to fix it.
