My experience with them was okay. It was fine. The company or the people that represented themselves were good. It was an Angie’s List deal and it wasn’t any choice that I went with them. I wouldn’t have any problem with anyone using them. They did fine.

The electrician arrived on time, went right to work. He asked questions to ensure he did it how we wanted. He was able to complete all the items on my list within the two hours I spent for the Angie's list coupon. I just paid for the materials used.

All of the work was done very quickly. The electrician was friendly and pleasant, and didn't waste any time getting to work. The work was done neatly, and he checked to make sure I was satisfied with how the new lights were installed before he finished the work. I'm very happy with the experience. Thanks!

No problems (all "A" ratings). The electrician explained what he was doing, how the surge protector worked (in layman's terms) and completed the job quickly. I will definitely call them again if I need an electrician.

Everything about this company is first class, starting with the lady who scheduled the service. Pricing was explained up front. She scheduled a date that was convenient and the electrician called 30 minutes before he arrived, just as I was told he would do. I was very leery of having to pay by the 1/2 hour, but Devon did not waste any time. I was truly expecting someone to try and pad the bill by not having the proper tools or suggesting other work needing to be done, but that wasn't the case. My house is older and I've had some challenging repairs in the past, but he explained everything to me as he worked. Devon was very courteous and efficient. I will certainly call on Roby Electic the next time I need electrical work done.

He came early, brought extra help to get the job done faster. Aaron was most respectful, efficient, and quite knowledgeable. He completed everything I asked & was very careful to put the recessed lighting exactly where I asked. If I had it to do over again, I would not have had 2 people to repair the upstairs attic lighting. It was a simple fix only needing 1 person to do the job & I feel that was a waste of money.

I found them on Angie's List and they were in and out; they did not waste any time. They bill by the hour; it was a certain amount to come out and then it is so much every 30 minutes. They did a great job and did all of these things in, probably, an hour-and-a-half. This is the second time I have used them.

Roby Electric showed up on time and replaced electrical outlets in my kitchen to make them GFIC compliant. They did a few additional electrical related tasks. I was pleased with their service.

Extremely professional and efficient. Devon was assigned to the work and provided a good explanation of what was required and quickly completed the work. Good company and I will use them for future work.

The project scoping and estimate process was very good. The project manager was very professional and punctual. I thought the price was high, but given the nature of the work I went ahead and used them because of their reputation and warranty. The service providers showed up on time. They performed the services in a professional manner and efficiently. It as bitter cold outside that day and they spent a couple of hours outside installing the flood lights. They did incorrectly install a three-way switch that required a follow up visit to fix. Also, they did not ask me how I wanted the settings on the motion sensors to be set. One of the motion sensor lights is 30 feet off the ground and I can't adjust it on my own.

There were several items that i wanted repaired. I selected Roby Electric because of the positive reviews on Angie's List. My call was answered promptly. She explained the pricing structure, informed me of a $20 Angie's List discount coupon and arranged an appointment to fit my schedule. On the day of service I received a call to inform me that the workers would be sent to my home. The two technicians who arrived were polite and professional. They completed the scheduled work in no time. I highly recommend Roby Electric.

This is a company that stands by their work. Not easy to say these days. I will be calling Roby again for all of my electrical problems. They are very professional and arrive on time after calling ahead. They now have the contract with Lowe's for generator installations.

Everything works good. He left 8 small cuts in the sheet rock in the garage, when he put in the light switch. When I ask about it, he said his tool kept slipping. I felt that he should have offered the information without my asking and volunteered to fix them.

It was an excellent, fast and efficient service.

It was a fine experience. I had them install some light fixtures in the garage. The company sent 1 electrician. Their hourly rate is pretty expensive but I'd call on them again in the future if another similar deal was offered.

I thought I reviewed this in 2111 and frankly it is now too late for me to provide good feedback. I have asked repeatedly for this request for a review to be removed from my queue. I hope you will do so this time.

They did a good a job. They cleaned up real well before they left.The quality of their work was very good.

It was great. They came on time and complete the job as expected. No complaints.

They gave me an hourly price, but they haven't even looked at the job yet. So far, they seem very good over the phone.

Through no fault of Roby Electric my appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to more urgent problems with other of their customers. Each time they called in advance and were extremely apologetic and explained the reasons for the rescheduling. When my job was completed, they did not charge me for the new GFCI to compensate me for my inconvenience. Aaron was very cordial during the job and explained things in detail to my understanding and asked if I had any other work he could do while he was there.

I'm sure we will be calling Roby Electric again for future electrical work. We were very happy with our electrician, Jeremy , he was here when he said he would be and got the job done promptly.

Very professional and I'm pleased with the service provided.

I had a panel inside a cabinet in my kitchen which was not up to code. Roby installed a new panel on the outside and moved all the wiring over to it. It was a big job. They did it in a timely manner at a competitive price. The follow-up inspection found one small probelm that Roby returned quickly to correct. I recommend this company.

There were a couple things that were mis communicated for this repair. First, they weren't ready for the height of the fixture installation and had to come back a few days later with a taller ladder. Must not have been passed on from the phone call where I specified the height. They installed the fixture perfectly when they came back. I paid for 2 hours of service, but they were in a hurry and seemed like they were over booked. This may have been due to the time (right before Christmas). They were able to fix one of the light switches, but did not have a 4 way switch to fix the other set of switches that don't work properly. They said I just need to put in new 4 way switches and wire them just like they had done which is easy enough for me to do. Problem is...I replaced the switches and it didn't fix the problem. Great guys and seemed very knowledgeable, but I still have a switch that doesn't work.
