They were good and I did not think their price was outrageous. I had no problems.

The light in the pantry stopped working after a very short time. They reluctantly returned and fixed it but wanted to charge me.

We called on a Thursday and they sent someone out on a Tuesday, not super fast but reasonable. The office called to let me know they were going to the residence and immediately after he was done working. The total time he was there was about 2.5 hours. The overall price for the service was reasonable, I did not score an A because I really have no idea what others would charge. They did gThe reason I would recommend Roby was the service. Being a rental property we had no idea what the issue was, they made it very easy for us how they just took care of it and were very prompt with communication. The diagnosis of the problem was reasonable, honestly they could have made something up and I would have had no idea. The office staff was very thorough in explaining the issue to me and I appreciate their professionalism. I had a very positive experience, trust their services, would recommend them,and would use them again in the future.

Great service and very knowledgeable! They checked an electrical issue in a bedroom for me and went above and beyond. Tightened all of my receptacles. Checked and repaired two outlets outside. The young man was very through and informative. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Highly recommend this company.

Smoke alarm near my kitchen would not shut off despite no smoke in the area and my having replaced the battery in the unit. It was Sunday evening around 7:30 pm when I called Roby Electric. The electrician, Dennis, was very nice and called me after getting my information from a relay service. He told me upfront the "off hours" fee schedule and I verbally consented to the terms. He said there could be a problem getting smoke alarms on a Sunday night and recommended I try Lowes or Home Depot. It was a great tip. I ran out to Home Depot and bought 4 "hard wired" smoke alarms (with battery back up) before they closed at 8pm. I called Dennis back to let him know I got the alarms. He asked a question, confirming my location and we said goodbye. I should have confirmed, but it turned out Dennis was still working another call so there was a small delay before he arrived at my house. Once he arrived, he did all the right things (including taking off his shoes for the carpet), explaining everything along the way and doing an expert job. I really appreciate Roby Electric and employees like Dennis - I trust this company and would definitely use them again.

A very satisfactory experience. Technician Devon Clark arrived ahead of schedule, was pleasant and professional at all times, and he worked quickly and unobtrusively. The light fixture in question is approximately 30 years old, but it matches the overall kitchen decor well and we had hope to keep it in service for as long as possible. Devon repaired the fixture to our complete satisfaction and he shared several tips on how to further prolong its life. The cost of the service call was quite reasonable. Based on our experience, we would definitely use Roby Electric's services again in the future!

The experience was very good from beginning to end. The project manager (Jimmy) responded quickly with the quote, the office staff (Kali and Sandy) were professional, courteous and communicated with me often throughout and the electrician (Devin) did a great job putting the lights exactly where I wanted them and cleaned up after himself with each visit (a rarity with most trades people). I would recommend Roby to anyone needing electrical work.

Paul came out immediately and provided a very reasonable quote. Devin showed up as scheduled and installed the outlets, fixed a GFI outlet and cleaned up when he was finished. We plan to use them again in the near future and recommend them to everyone.

It was good. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and explained the whole process to me, what he was doing. He even did some real quick work at the end that I didn't originally request but I was going to take care of while he was there. I didn't shop around for pricing. Everything is still working.

They sent an electrician that replaced the wiring and was about to leave, I said "aren't you going to test it?" He said "oh", then he flipped the switches and nothing worked. They don't get my vote.

Went well. Gave me the earliest possible appointment because it was my only kitchen light. Arrived right on time. Technician was very personable, helpful and skilled.

I don't remember. Even if I did, how could an experience 4 years ago be relevant to their service now? This can not POSSIBLY be useful information to anybody. You guys are REALLY getting on my nerves with this. Haven't you considered having these things expire eventually?

The technician was punctual and quickly diagnosed the issue. He discovered there was an electrical wire problem. He fully explained the impact and the steps he needed to take in order to fix the problem. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided.

The job went great. The two men who arrived were very professional. They got right to work and did not waste any time making the needed repairs. The original appointment was from 2-4. They called me at 2 and said that the electrician was running behind on another job and hoped to be there by 4. At 4, I was told that the other job was still running late but the electrician almost complete with the job. Roby compensated me for the inconvenience of waiting. At 6, the electrician arrived and was there for 30 minutes. I would defiantly hire them again. The fact that they kept me informed in the progress of the electrician and why he was late was important. Very professional electrician and company.

Left a message with his answering service a day and a half ago was promised a return phone call today. It is 7pm and not even the courtesy of a phone call. Guess they don't need any work. If you want something done in a timely manner don't call these folks.

Aaron Noblitt came out and gave us a quote after we received a quote from another company. We felt more comfortable with Aaron than the other company. Before deciding on Roby Electric, we checked with Angie's List and discovered their "A" rating. We also found a coupon for $100 off. Aaron assured me that he would honor the coupon (I really thought they would raise the quote if we mentioned the coupon - he didn't!). Aaron showed up and did the job better than we expected.

Loved everything!!! Paul walked in with a smile and worked quickly and professionally! I plan to have him come back for some more work. Paul is my hero!

Provider could not move outlets as requested. I asked provider to remove foyer and dining room chandelier. Provider hung new chandelier and was done in an hour. The only problem is chandelier is hanging too low and wife is very upset. She believes they should know that it has to be centered in foyer window. They had a time window of 8-10am. They arrived at 11am and I had to call work to ask for more time off. .

Excellent company to work with, from the scheduler I set up the appointment with, to the installing technician. Very professional and friendly bunch, punctual, and great work. I will use them again for any electrical work I need for my home.
