Called before coming. Very prompt. Old light could not be repaired. Electrician obtained a new one that fit the area of the old one. I had contacted Roby to do this because of family members coming to Charlotte over Thanksgiving. The guest bathroom light stopped working one day before. The office manager was very helpful in scheduling the service. The electrician was also able to complete the work on the carport and kitchen light the same day. The work on the latter two lights that I had purchased earlier was to be scheduled for a later date. The electrician was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. The cost of all of the work and new bathroom fixture was very reasonable. I will contact Roby Electric for all future electrical needs.

The guys showed up on time after calling about 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. They were very polite, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them based on my experience.

They were on time, they did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. The workers were very good.

It wasn't a great experience. We had set up the time and they were late. And then, the other thing as well is I had a deal for two hours but they didn't actually stay two hours. They stayed within an hour and 30 minutes maybe. Then, I had said that I needed the whole work in the bedroom and that they told me that that was a separate bedroom and that they couldn't work on the bedrooms because I was having them work in the living room. I had set up the time because I wanted to have them fix an outlet because it was sparking and after they left it's still sparks at me. So, I don't think that they did the job that well anyway. Overall, it was not a good experience. The price is good which was the reason why I accepted the package.

We had a good experience with Roby. They did what they said they would do, they scheduled us well and they did leave everything clean. It was the second time that I used them, I had used them once before.

We couldn't be happier! The electricians were very professional and did an excellent job. The service was great (workers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned-up afterwards). They kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, it was in our budget. We would gladly do business with them again.

Roby electric did a good job. I was satisfied with their work. However, I did request a quote to bring up a separate power line up to my third floor bonus room. They came to assess the area, and said they will provide me a quote but never followed up. I called but no return call. I guess they were not interested in the work or were busy with bigger jobs, so did not pursue.

Job went very well and I have used Roby in the past and would use them again. Their electrician Aaron was very professional and completed the job on a very hot day. He could not have been nicer or more competent. Would highly recommend Roby Electric again.

Roby stated that the project would take 2 days - when the two contractors showed up, they stated they had many other projects and thus would attempt to get our job done in a day. At the time, it seemed great that we only had to have them in our house for a day. Now it's clear that they rushed and did a shoddy job. Our old electrical panel was much smaller than the one they installed, yet they cut a jagged hole in our drywall around the new panel and left it that way - no attempts to fix it. Further, the contractor stated he would have "no problem" installing our new dishwasher. We came home to find that all they did was slide it in the hole unevenly and hook up the electrical - not the water or the drain hose. When we contacted Roby regarding the holes left in our drywall, they gave us the "option" of someone coming to just caulk the holes or "our drywall guy can come out if you want." Our response was "Um, yes, please send your drywall guy. Why is that even a question?" It seemed that they wanted to get away with doing as little as possible to fix the terrible job done. The drywall subcontractor who came did a beautiful job fixing it (note: he does not actually work for Roby). We ended up paying $300 to a plumber to remove our dishwasher, fix the crappy hook up job they did, and install it properly. Needless to say, we are very disappointed by our experience with Roby. They market themselves as high-end contractors, but they've been the worst we've used on this house thus far. We will not be using them again.

Great! I got the $49 Deal and am so happy they can do small jobs so efficiently. Took a while to get the job scheduled due to busy time.

It went fine. They damaged my floor while they were here, so they had to fix it. The pricing was good. They were punctual, but they weren't punctual on fixing things. They could have been more careful in my home. They were professional, but weren't careful with my floor.

Roby Electric identified the problem with the ceiling fan light right away and noticed that the fan was fine. They also installed a ceiling light in my living room and had it working in no time. They honored the two hour window and the only additional charges were for parts. I can recommend them since they did a good job for me.

He replaced the fan quickly and did a good job. My main complaint is the price I had to pay. It was $99 for a service call and a half hour . Each half hour afterwards was $79.

Due to the sixe of the room a suggestion was made to add an additional 2 recess lights in my formal dining room. Since I actually had 2 recess lights in my house I was only charged for the time and labor for adding these two lights. Which was great. I had the lights put in the downstairs. It just so happened I had taken the carpet up in the room directly above my formal dining room and the electrician was able to go through the floor to make the necessary holes for the new recess lighting. This is amazing because when he was all done with the lights only one spot needed to be fixed and that was where the old chandelier had been. The electrician had patched the hole mostly and all I needed to do was fill in a few holes and paint over it. With the dimmer light in that room and the 2 additional light,s this room can either be cozy or bright when needed. The electrician also made sure the flooring in the room above was again fixed and back in place. He even went out and picked up a few cross beams to ensure the floor was sturdy once again. I had a light fixture changed out that had not been on his to do list for that day. He was more than happy to change out the fixture and even let me know I had purchased a smaller dimmer then I was able to use on the light. I am not knowledgeable in this area and that small piece of information made me pay a little bit more attention when I purchased more lighting a few days later. After everything was done all the materials were collected up, trash was taken out, the rooms were swept and cleaned. Roby Electric did a great job and I will be hiring them again in the near future!

They were very cordial , put down tarps to protect floor and cleaned up when job was completed. Fan and fixture were hung from 17 foot ceilings. We were very pleased with work done and plan to hire them again.

Coupon promo for 2 hours work for $135. Needed bathroom exhaust fan installed through the attic and considered it a bargain if it could be done in two hours. Aaron, the most knowledgeable and professional serviceman I've ever met, had the job done and spotlessly cleaned up in an hour, leaving time to install a new kitchen fixture and repair a broken wall outlet, as well as troubleshoot a problem circuit. Amazing, outstanding work and communication. Full price would have been $350 and still a bargain with complete confidence.
