I contacted Ricky late Monday and he came to the house Wednesday. I had put a mix of gas and oil into my 4 cc trimmer. Ricky drained the oil and gas, cleaned the carburetor and lines. New oil and gas and it started right away. Very thorough and professional. Ricky had worked on my cub cadet riding mower previously. Highly recommended.

Overall an A+ experience. Ricky made himself available after normal business hours so I could work a full day at the office and have my pressure washer repaired at my residence. He was punctual, professional and personable. It took 45 minutes to repair the machine, and it is in good working order. Overall a completely hassle free experience and would call Ricky back for any future issues with any of my small engine machines.

Returned call quickly - tried to diagnose over the phone and provided a number of "self serve" options. I realized the work needed was beyond my capabilities and Ricky was able to come out within a few days. He is professional, friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable. Neighbor saw him working on my mower and came over to ask his help when he was done with me. Great experience.

It was great. I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone. He came out to my house, brought the lawn mower around to the front, changed the oil, had a look at the air filter, propped it up and removed the blades and sharpened them. After he finished his work, he promptly cleaned up everything and talked to me about the condition of my mower, how to maintain it for the longest service life, and gave me a few tips. Afterwards, we stood around talking for a bit, getting to know each other. He was a pleasure to work with. His service is invaluable for those of us who do not own a truck or a trailer with which to take our mowers to a local shop.

heinrich had the insight to bring new shaft and new washers and bolt with him.i was glad he did because the washers and bearing were bad. he was a pleasure to work with. i would use him again for lawnmower repair

Ricky was on time and did all the work that was expected. He was polite and professional. Very good job and I didn't have to worry about getting my tractor transported to some remote site where it takes three weeks to get your tractor back and it sits outside in the rain until they get to your tractor. Ricky's service is the only way to go in my judgement. I highly recommend this gentleman for all your equipment service needs.

I was very happy with the service Ricky provided. He was right on-time. He did a thorough job and took time to explain a few things and gave me some tips about the fuel to use. The on-site service is extremely convenient.

The experience was incredible. I called Heinrich at about 3pm and he told me that he could be done to do the work within the next 2 hours, which blew me away. He just asked me to text him some pics of the model #s so that he could come prepared with parts. And that is exactly what he did. He showed up in a very unassuming Volvo car with all of his tools and was a true craftsman. He was extremely professional and very friendly to talk with. He did a great job making me feel like I was getting my money's worth and even gave me some education to go with it. He was here for 3 hrs making sure everything was perfect since my machines weren't maintained for a few yrs. It was very well worth it! I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this case because he truly deserves it for his passion.

Great. He returned my call immediately. Showed up on-time, assessed the job, explained what he thought the issue was and gave a quote real-time. My wife was home when he did the job, and he very clearly explained everything that he was doing. Will be using his services every year for annual maintenance.

Ricky arrived on time on both visits. He was very easy to work with on scheduling a day and time. He dove right in, taking things apart until he nailed down the issue (faulty fuel pump). And after the part came in, he was there the next day to finish the job. I'm very satisfied that I got an experienced and professional mechanic for a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to friends.

My experience with this provider was amazing. Heinrich came out promptly and was very professional. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process as he did it. I had another non Angie's List professional and quot;repairand quot; my mower at the start of the summer and it turned out that he used some incorrect silicone that clogged up my mower. Heinrich immediately recognized the problem, showed me the silicone and how he cleaned it out and my mower has been running smoothly ever since. Prior to his visit the mower wouldn't even start up. I have had no problems since. I was thrilled with Heinrich's expertise and quick service. I plan on using him to tune up my mower once a year. He is fantastic!

We called Friday afternoon. Heinrich came that afternoon. He not only knew what the problem was (starter solenoid) but showed us what the problem was. He had the part with him, so he was able to repair it on the spot. He was very thorough. He changed the oil and checked safety switches as well. He was very knowledgeable about small engines. Very personable and professional. Definitely recommend him and will use him again!

I contacted Ricky's Onsite Services via the Angie's List messaging option. I was searching for a lawn mower repair company and noticed that this company provides onsite repairs. I decided to give it a try and avoid the trouble of transporting my lawn mower to a repair shop. Ricky responded to my message with a phone call in order to gather information about my lawn mower problems. I had not used my lawn mower in a couple of years and the last time I attempted to start it up, it would not start. After Ricky collected the necessary information during the call, we scheduled a time for the repair. Ricky showed up on time the day of the appointment and came prepared. He quickly determined that the carburetor was the culprit. He cleaned the carburetor as well as several other parts that were pretty filthy. He also changed the oil and sharpened the blades - all the while explaining to me everything that he was doing. Ricky is obviously very knowledgeable about lawn mowers. My lawn mower fired right up after Mr. Dias completed the work. I have cut my grass using my lawn mower for two weeks in a row since the repair with no issues. I'm a satisfied customer.

Ricky was prompt and on time. Very professional. Seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The lawn mower is working great.

Rather than schedule a service call to my home, Mr. Dias took a few minutes to talk to me over the phone, stating that he thought that the problem I described was something minor that he could talk me through fixing by myself. Based on his advice, I was able to successfully get it going on my own . I don't want my review to cost him any business, but am posting this review to reiterate what an honest service provider he is. I highly recommend him, and won't call or recommend anyone else in the future. When he could have charged to come and make a minor repair that I knew nothing about, he shared his knowledge with me - His integrity is a very rare thing to find these days.

Ricky answered the call promptly and was able to come to the house within 1 or 2 days. For the lawnmower, he cleaned the carburetor, replaced primer bulb, replaced fuel line and replaced the spark plug. He even sharpened and straightened the blade. For the trimmer, he replaced the spark plug, cleaned the air filter and replaced the old fuel. Both devices now run as good as they were when new.

Ricky called the day he got my message and came over that afternoon. My lawn mower was dying a slow and painful death, and I was sure it was beyond repair. The first thing he did, change a much overdue air filter, immediately gave my mower new life! He sharpened the blade, changed the oil (also much overdue), fixed the broken self-propelled cable, as well as a few other things I hadn't noticed were wrong. The poor mower that I had given up on, is now purring like a kitten....if I didn't know better, I'd think it was a brand new mower. I got a much deserved, good natured lecture on the importance of yearly service, and I will definately heed that advice. I will be calling Ricky again next year for service, and would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know!!!!!

Dropped the trimmer off at Ricky's home. He was punctual warm and responsive and listened closely. He's very busy so it took a few weeks - in part because he had to order the part and the part was missing a screw when it arrived. I certainly don't blame him for that. Trimmer works like a charm. Costs $100 to repair a $200 trimmer that was a few years old but I think there's value there. I would certainly recommend Ricky. I appreciate his work - the quality of the work and the service.

Ricky was punctual and friendly and did a great job reviving our old lawnmower. He had all the parts he needed with him, and was done in less than an hour. It was great not having to load the lawnmower in the trunk of the car.

Heinrich has been tuning and taking care of my mower for the last 4 years. I love that he comes to my home to do the work; I do not have to get the mower to him. He is usually punctual but if is delayed he calls. He works around my schedule as well. The mower is always in tip top shape when he is done.
