Ricky was wonderful! He set up an appointment very quickly, was a little late, but called to let me know he was on the way. He took care of my problem and took the time to explain to me how best to avoid this issue in the future. He sharpened my mower blade while he was there. He was courteous, wore a mask, and clearly knew his stuff. The price he charged was close to what he had estimated for me on the phone. I could not have been more pleased. Highly recommended!!! Ricky came out to my house to repair our mower on a 95+ degree day on Memorial day weekend with one day notice. That alone is amazing. He took the thing completely apart, unclogged and cleaned every part he touched, and explained everything he was doing the whole time. It was a little more expensive than I was prepared for, but for the amount of work he did, how quickly and efficiently he did it, and the way that our mower runs like new, I am thrilled to pay it. He also explained what kind of fuel to use, and how best to maintain it, and has pictures and stories to provide context. He is a super nice man, and we will be calling him in the future for any small engine maintenance or repair needs. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Ricky went above and beyond to make certain everything was right. Complete tune up, replaced filters, sharpened the blades and did it at my home.

Ricky responded immediately and fit me into his schedule fast! This was awesome as I was planning on just having my yard mowed if I couldn't get my mower fixed! He showed up with a smile and was incredibly friendly as he fixed my Husqvarna. He was also very patient and detailed in his work. It went well. Rick tested the pressure washer to determine the cause. He cleaned the carburetor, put in ethanol free gas and it started right up. He gave us a lot of good advice about how to avoid the situation again since we do not use it often. He was punctual, very friendly, professional, and we felt the charge was very fair, especially since he came to our house to do the repair.

I've used Ricky's Onsite Service several times previously. Ricky came out promptly to confirm that the problem was with the steering gear and bushing. He ordered the parts and told me he would be back as soon as the parts arrived. A week later he was back. The explained what he was replacing and showed me where the old parts were stripped. Ricky has always been punctual and his prices fair. I highly recommend.

He actually showed up a little early. Our mower needed a new tire and the one we purchased had plastic parts so he put the new tire on the original rim. He also replaced the twin blades. Very personable.

This the second time Ricky's Onsite Services has been to our house and both times the service was excellent. This time the repair was to the riding lawn mower which was a pressing need for us. That was repaired almost immediately. There were problems with our power washer and this was also corrected in a timely and professional manner. The price was very reasonable and we will be using these services in the future and would gladly recommend RIcky's Onsite Services to others.

I almost gave Ricky B's on price and performance. He isn't the cheapest option, and sometimes he takes a while to get to me. But I changed them to A's because the reasons for these are reasonable: 1) He isn't the cheapest because his work isn't the cheapest. Ricky gets the job done, no matter how long it takes him. I have used him several times over the years. He always does an amazing job. Only once did he have to return to address an issue and he came right back out, no questions, no additional cost, and fixed it. So, is he worth paying a little more? Well, you know the saying: you get what you pay for. So you can save a few bucks and cross your fingers, or you can call Ricky. 2) He works alone. Sometimes, especially at the beginning of the spring, he gets busy. REAL busy. But that should tell you something. He is busy because he is so good at what he does. So give him a break. He's worth it. A couple of the few reviewers that gave him a F complained about his old car, wooden planks for lifts, etc. Are you kidding me? I'm much more appreciative of a guy doing his best to make a living with what he has and doing a great job at it than to think I am paying for a $100,000 truck with $50,000 worth of fancy equipment. We need people like Ricky. We don't need to insult them.

Ricky showed up on time and serviced my mower, including sharpening the blade. He didn't see the need to replace the blade. He explained a few things that I didn't know about use and maintenance of my lawn mower.
