Heinrick showed up on time on the day we agreed. Took about 40 minutes to get my dead pressure washer back to top condition. Great guy and a great mechanic. Gave me some tips to keep it running well. What a great service.

Ricky was responsive, on time, reasonably priced and very kind.

Called got an estimate on servicing my lawn tractor blades, air, oil, oil filter and gas line filter change. Basically a spring tune up, his estimate was the same as for Sears to come out and do the work $360. Mower was in the driveway he rang the door bell. I went out and he already had the air filter off. He was in a very old, unkept Volvo brand car. I asked him how he was going to lift the mower up and change the blades. He pulled a two by four out of his car trunk. He told me he was going to physically lift the side of the mower up wedge the two by four under the side. I ask him if he had a lift, he said no. I told him there was no way I could let him do that, concerned if the board slipped it would fall on him and injure him. He said he wouldn't sue me. Really? I ask him to leave and he did, under his breathe he said he had been doing that for 15 years. Anyone that would let this man do work for them without the proper tools is setting themselves up for a huge law suit, aside from concerns about injuries he could sustain to himself. No way I will ever let them do any work for me so unprofessional.

I called Ricky about my push mower not starting and he was able to visit and fix it two days later - fast service! He had it up and running again with a freshly sharpened blade in no time. His price was very reasonable also! I highly recommend him and will keep his number for future needs!

To say Rick is a miracle worker is an understatement. Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to create value for his customers, which is a rarity in businesses today. I found his prices to be reasonable and he went about his work promptly and professionally. When he was done, Ricky test drove the mower to ensure everything worked. Ricky corrected all the problems with the lower deck being too low, fixed the instability, and it doesn't shake any more when I engage the mower blades. He doesn't try to upsell customers on parts and services they do not need. The mower works like a charm now, the deck looks correct and mows at the right height. There's no shaking at all now when I engage the blades. The motor doesn't struggle any more and everything runs and cuts a whole lot better than before.

Called Heinrich and he called back very quickly. We set up a time for him to come out and look at the mower. He stated it would most likely need more than a tune up and gave me an approximate cost. He was on time and as soon as gas was added it began to leak at the carburetor. He took off the carburetor and cleaned it throughly. He then changed the spark plug and the air filter. He checked the blade and then cracked it up and ran it for a few minutes. He had checked the oil and it looked good but wanted to check the level after the engine had run for a few minutes. Everything was good. Heinrich grave me several tips on running and maintenance that will help the mower last longer and have less maintenance needs. Very professional and very efficient as he was done in less than an hour. I appreciate an independent businessman that knows what he is doing and provides great service and information.

Provided photos of equipment to be serviced and slow to respond and would not provide a date. When I told him he was slow to respond I still got no response.

Mr. Dias responded promptly to my call and scheduled a date within the next week to come to my house. He arrived when promised and serviced the equipment. None of the three machines had been used in at least 3-4 years and had been stored without being prepared for such storage. The leaf vacuum had not been run in over five years and the manufacturer has been out of business for over a decade. Mr. Dias cleaned the carburetors in each machine and replaced parts where needed. He had to order a part for the pressure washer. He did so and returned within the next week and completed the repair. All three machines now start on the first pull and run well. This is the second occasion I have had to use Mr. Dias's services. Each time he has been prompt in responding to my call and arrived when he promised. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. It is especially convenient having him come to my home so I don't have to transport the machines to the shop. I highly recommend his services.

I have been an Angie's List member for a number of years, but have never submitted a report. After the excellent service Ricky provided, I thought this report was well deserved. Ricky is not only a great person to be around, but he also is very knowledgable and experienced when it comes to mowers. My mower had been sitting unused for roughly 5 years and was not running. Within 3 hours, Ricky had it running like brand new. He did a complete service: new solenoid, oil/filter change, cleaned/adjusted carburetor, lubrication, sharpened blades, new air filter. He also came back the following week when I had a drive belt break while mowing. I called him and he was there within 24 hours. I will definitely be using Ricky again if the need arises.

Ricky has definitely earned my business going forward with any issues I have with my mowers. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and got my mower back up and running in an hour. He then noticed a couple of minor things he recommended for me to keep my eye out on, but suggested I didn't need to invest to get these items fixed at this time. I definitely recommend Ricky for anything mower related!

Heinrich (Ricky) did an unbelievably fantastic job repairing all of the gas powered lawn and electrical generator equipment that I have managed to mangle in one way or another over the years. He was meticulous in his work and brought the equipment back to its initial operating capabilities. He ran all of the equipment that he repaired for several minutes to ensure that everything was working properly. He demonstrated an excellent ability to diagnose issues and had all of the tool necessary to repair even the most intricate parts (carburetor on my generator). I had originally asked him to come over to diagnose and fix, if possible, the generator and blower. Once her was here, I thoughy about my other troublesome equipment and fixed those as well. He answered all of my questions and went the extra step to ensure that I knew how to maintain the equipment in the future so it would continue to operate as intended. Not only was he a fantastic mechanic but he is a fantastic gentleman as well - and it was my pleasure to have him at my house to do the work. I would not hesitate at all to have him back, but I don;t anticipate that happening in the near future, unless I ,manage to mangle another piece of equipment. I highly recommend Ricky and promise that you will have the same experience as me.

He was able to come out within a couple days and repaired the lawn mower. He was timely and very professional.

Ricky fixed everything on my lawnmower that needed to be fixed. He cleaned out the carburetor, changed filters, oil and sharpened blades. My mower works great and I did not have to load it in the back of my car and haul it somewhere for the service and then wait for a week or two for the service to be done. It cost me about the same as it did last time I hauled it 10 miles for a repair. He was very nice and professional. Good job Ricky, thanks!

He took the time to teach me how to care for my mower. He cleaned up completely after his self. Very nice. Will use again to service in Spring!

Everything was great and met expectations. Just a little better communication is needed (especially if running late).

I called the phone number listed at 10:15 and told him my problem. I had run over a garden hose and it was wrapped around the blade, and I could not remove it. He said that he would be at my house around noon. He was very punctual and removed the hose, and, then, checked for any damage that may have occured. After his inspection, he said that there was no damage. He wanted me to test the lawn mower to see if it was working in fine condition. I will definitely use his service next spring in order to give my tractor a tuneup for the spring mowing season.

Heinrich did a fantastic job! He changed all the fluids and filters, lubricated everything, sharpened/balanced blades, and cleaned off old grass matted inside the mower deck. The lawn mower was prepared for the mowing season. Heinrich also worked on my weed eater and got it running for me. I highly recommend Heinrich for any of your lawn care equipment repairs. He is very thorough in his work and a fine christian man who is very pleasant and honest to work with. He also comes to your location to perform the work, which I thought was great! I will definitely be using him again in the future.

He was great - I called in the morning and he said he could be at my house in a few hours. He was right on time. He immediately identified the problem and repaired it in twenty minutes. Highly recommend him.

I called Rick mid morning requesting a service call. We made plans for him to come that afternoon after 3 pm. He arrived promptly, new exactly what needed to be done and the job was completed within 10 minutes. My husband and I felt that the $75 charge was well worth the convenience of same day, in home service from a knowledgeable professional.

friend gave me a pressure washer that wasnt working. said he had his small engine guy look at it and quote over $350 to fix - better to junk it. I got it for free, Ricky came out and fixed it for $115. Runs great house, brick is all clean. i contacted Ricky and he was at my house the next day. very responsive. great experience.

Ricky came out to fix my lawnmower, which is just a few years old and had stopped running completely. He quickly found the problem and fixed it, then did a routine tune-up and blade sharpening. He gave me some tips to keep my mower in great shape. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and I will absolutely be calling him for yearly maintenance on my mower.

He was very thorough and explained everything as he did it. He even put air in the tires and cleaned up the carborator and around the engine. Even when he thought he knew that our replacement ignition switch was bad he continued to exhaust all other possible causes. He bypassed the electrical and started the mower. I was very impressed. He came out the same day I called and was on time. I would definitely recommend him.

Ricky knows his stuff. Doesn't just fix what I knew about but also pointed out another thing that would cause a problem down the line. Not like some unscrupulous repair people I've met in the past. His charges are great. Quick and friendly.
