Description of Work: The work done was on my old push mower which had not been used in over 2 years. He was able to perform the needed maintenance and had my mower running great. He told me up front what he believed was the problem and what he would do to correct it. And kept me up to date on his progress. The mower started up on first crank a couple weeks later when I first used it.

Description of Work: Ricky was amazing. He looked at our mower which was covered in oil and in 10 minutes analyzed the problem. He is ordering the parts required. Ricky patched the oil problem so I could cut grass until the correct part arrives. He spent 1 hour cleaning our riding mower and his charges were reasonable. He also sat and talked with my mom (86) which made her fill confident in his abilities. He get a gold star.

Description of Work: Repaired a riding mower. Heinnrich made two trips to my house. |The first was to determine what was needed to repair the mower. He showed me the parts that were needed for the repair. I ordered them online and when they arrived I contacted him and he returned to repair the mower. He did a great job and I was very pleased. So much easier then trying to transport the mower somewhere for repairs.

SECOND POSITIVE: HE FIXED THE MOWER, REPLACED A COUPLE OF BROKEN PARTS (AND SHOWED THEM TO ME,) CHANGED THE OIL, SHARPENED THE BLADE AND STRAIGHTENED A BENT BLADE-SHAFT. THIRD POSITIVE: THE CHARGE WAS VERY REASONABLE ($95), AND HE MENTIONED IT BEFORE HE BEGAN WORKING. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

+ -1 moreHE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE ASKED IN REPAIRING OUR LAWN TRACTOR. THE ONLY (MINOR) COMPLAINT IS THAT HE WAS LATE TO MEET US SO WE COULD PAY HIM FOR HIS SERVICES AND HE DID NOT CALL TO LET US KNOW HE WOULD BE LATE. OTHER THAN THAT, HIS SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.
Description of Work: OUR CRAFTSMAN LAWN TRACTOR WOULDN'T START AND WE DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO GET THE LAWN TRACTOR TO SOMEONE TO HAVE IT FIXED. RICKY CAME TO THE HOUSE THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM (FAILED STARTER), OBTAINED A REPLACEMENT PART AND REPLACED IT. ADDITIONALLY, HE GAVE THE ENGINE A TUNE-UP (OIL CHANGED, FILTER CHANGED, SPARK PLUGS CHANGED). FINALLY, HE SHARPENED AND BALANCED THE MOWER BLADES. THE LAWN TRACTOR RUNS BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS IN THE 3-1/2 YEARS WE'VE HAD IT (PREVIOUSLY OWNED). THE $270 WE PAID COVERED PARTS AND LABOR.
