Ricky's Onsite Services

After a bad experience with another company, we contacted Ricky and arranged for him to come to our house and repair our mower. He was very prompt in getting back to us and was here a couple days after we called. The entire experience of working with him was a pleasure, starting with his simply doing exactly what he said that he would do, to a pleasant conversation with him as he performed the repairs. The repair work was executed with a high degree of professionalism and quality of work. Since the work was done, the mower has run better than it did when it was new. I highly recommend him.

Ricky came on schedule, and completed the repair/tune up at our house. The mower now works better than a 10-year old mower should be expected to. Real polite guy, would highly recommend to others, particularly those that don't want to, or can't, schlep a mower to a shop.

Ricky was punctual, explained the services he would perform and why and performed a test run. He also explained that the blade needed replacing but would last the rest of this season. I have had my mower serviced once before by another company, but it runs better than ever now. Ricky was very nice and competent and I will definitely use his services again.

If you are tired of loading up your lawnmowers and other small engine tools and taking them to a repair facility that holds them for at least 5-7 days before you get them back then you need to call Ricky. Absolutelly the most convenient and best service I have encountered when it came to these type of repairs. Ricky showed me what was wrong with each item, performed maintenance and repair and priced the repairs no mor than it would have been for me to take them in. You have to use this service. I have already set an appontment with him to do spring maintenace on my equiptment for next year.

We had originally set a specific time for Ricky to stop by, and he was delayed at another job, and promptly called to let me know that shortly before he was to arrive. This was much appreciated. Ricky did a great job, and was very friendly and professional. Even though I have a truck and could have taken my lawnmowers in for service, this experience and the time saved was much better than I've had with other lawn mower repair shops! They always took a week or more for me to get my mower back.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. Mr. Dias was personable, punctual and proficient. I will go to no one else for such work for future needs.

Heinrich did everything he said he would do timely and efficiently. The convenience of the pick up and delivery service is a great service especially to us since we cannot transport our mower. It was refreshing to do business with someone that not only did a great job, but also was punctual and reliable.

He worked for about an hour and half. Mower would not start for us and he was able to repair it. Tested mower and cleaned up area before left.

My equipment was old and hadn't run in a couple of years. Ricky breathed new life into them for far less than the replacement cost. I am very happy.

Our mower quit on us so I called Ricky's On-Site Services. I called him on a Sunday and he was able to come by on Tuesday morning to fix our mower. I had him look at the gas weed trimmer we hadn't used in years as well. Ricky was excellent - just the kind of person you want to patronize as he really cares about his business and his customers. The beauty of Ricky's service is you don't have to load your lawn mower in your vehicle and take it in only to find out there is a two or more week wait to get the mower back. He was able to fix everything right here at our residence. I am definitely going to use Ricky again and I am telling all of my friends and neighbors about his service.

Called Ricky Based on Angie's List testimonials. He called back within a day. Was at my house within a few hours and fixed my mower. He removed, cleaned, and installed the carburetor, replaced air filter, sharpened and balanced the blade and replaced the spark plug. All at my house! The mower runs great now!

He was a little late on his arrival, but I didn't really care and was just happy I didn't have to cart my mower and drive it somewhere to be repaired. I would definitely hire him for future needs.

He worked constantly and productively for over three hours while on this job. He cleaned up the work area. The mowers are sounding better and working more effectively than even when new. I'll request his services again. The price was right on target and included labor and parts.
