Ricky fixed it in no time flat. The solenoid wire had broken off. He also noticed that the bolts on the engine block had loosed and tightened them up. He's an absolute wealth of knowlege and a treasure for our community. This beats the heck out of having to haul my tractor to some place that's going to hold it for 2 weeks before they even tell me what's wrong with it. If I could give him an A++ I would.

Ricky did a great job of cleaning the carburetors and replacing spark plugs to get both machines started and running great. He was very professional, responsive and solved my problem in a quick and efficient manner. So great to have him come to our house and fix the problem in 1 hour as opposed to hauling them to a shop and waiting 2 weeks to get them back. I highly recommend Ricky!

Ricky arrived on time--early in, fact. He easily found and repaired the fuel line on the trimmer. He lubricated the lawn mower transmission, changed the oil and even cleaned the external deck of the mower. His work was very professional and effective. He is always my "go-to" guy for small engine repair.

It was well worth the cost to avoid haveing to haul the mower to a shop and then wait 10 days to 2 weeks to get it back. I was pleased. If you are looking for a professional appearance with a service truck and lots of tools and parts, you will be disappointed. However, Heinrich did a good job out of the trunk of his car. He fixed my mower and I will defintly use him again.

I found Ricky on Angie's List and called his number. We scheduled an appointment date and time and he arrived right on time. My ten year old mower was getting increasingly hard to start and running sluggishly. Ricky removed and cleaned the carburetor very thoroughly, installed a new filter and new spark plug. He sharpened the blade and cleaned the mower housing and the underside of the mower. He made some other adjustments and when he had finished my mower looked like new and started with a single pull on the rope every time. I have since cut my grass about 4 times and the mower starts with one pull every time. The mower runs like it did when it was new. It was certainly a great convenience to have Ricky come to my home and do all the work right there in my driveway. It kept me from having to load up my mower and take it somewhere to leave for who knows how long. An added benefit was that Ricky is very knowledgeable and very willing to share tips on taking care of my mower. I got an education and a mower that runs like new. I highly recommend Ricky and I plan to use him in the future for any small engine service and repair needs I might have.

This is the second year that I have utilized the lawn equipment services of Mr. Heinrich Dias and he did a fantastic job once again! Heinrich changed the oil and filters, sharpened blades, and performed a tune-up on my riding lawn mower. He also repaired my weed eater, which would not crank. He broke down and cleaned the carburetor, changed the spark plug, changed the fuel line, and tuned it up. Heinrich is a great guy and stands behind his work.

First of all, Mr. Dias is very professional in that he returns all calls within 12 hours. He was upfront about his charges. He arrived on time. He has this 'zen' type aurora that gave me confidence. He not only replaced the belts, but clean the deck of debris. AND as pleasant surprise, he sharpened and balanced my blades.

I called because my rider mower just stopped in the middle of cutting the grass. My back yard is on a slope and I couldn't push it up the slope to put it in the garage. I call Richy's Onsite and we made arrangements for Heinrich to come look at it while I was at work to just get it going again. Well, it was out of gas. I felt so stupid but Heinrich never once made me fell that way. It just happens. So he put some gas in it, changed the filter and checked the oil and made sure it worked properly. He also did the same for the push mower and put everything back in the shed. We made arrangements for him to come back and sharpen the blades. All total, including sharpening the blades, was $140. The service was very professional, kind and tactful. I will definitely call him again. On top of everything, he noticed my head lights were foggy and just grabbed a bottle of plastic cleaner and polished them up real quick. I love this guy.
