I called him and he set up a time and confirmed the time by calling back on his way to fix the lawn mower.

I was very happy with Ricky, he did a great job and was very nice.

This is an older model Snapper walk-behind mower I bought used about 1 1/2 years ago from a friend. It has always worked very well until I hit a bump in the yard and mower dropped about a foot. After that it did not start. I took it to Seneca lawn mower repair twice and it only worked once each time and would not start again. They charged me $45 both times. I found Ricky on Angies List and decided to try him since he would come to my house and my time is very limited right now. I called him in the morning and he said he could come that afternoon. He even arranged to come after I took care of some things I had to do and called before he came to make sure we would meet up. He arrived about 10 minutes later, quickly diagnosed the problem. The bolts on the cylinder head had been left loose. Possibly after a previous repair. Ricky also advised me on a problem I've been having with another mower and assured me it will be ok for a while. He also advised me on the life of this mower. I had been considering purchasing a new one, and now I won't have to for a while, so I consider this money saved. Ricky was efficient and professional, and was a very interesting man to talk to when he finished. I would recommend his services without hesitation. He has saved me several hundred dollars that I would have spent on a new mower.

I am so happy with the service I received, he really took his time to identify the issues and explain to me what he was doing and why. I am very appreciative that he took the time to go over the mower to make sure all parts were in running order and received the proper maintenance.

Lawn mower was past due on annual service, plus it had begun being difficult to start. After annual service was done lawn mower starts up as easily as when it was new and is running great. Having my mower serviced at my house (minus the hassle of transporting it to a repair shop, being without the mower for a few weeks, and then having to go pick it up) is great!

Very pleased with his work. Two of my neighbors were as well and asked for his business card !

Terrible service, seems to know what he is doing, but in the end the results is that the mower is not usable. Hard to get ahold of him, leave messages when someone picks up the line.

It went well. He answered my call himself. He came out and was extremely professional. As far as I'm aware, he's a one-man show.

Punctual, fixed the pressure washer. Gave me the price at the end of the service.

A pressure washer went unused for several years and wouldn't start. We have used Hienrich before, so called him and he came out and fixed it. He's punctual, efficient, not expensive and definitely knows what he's doing. We highly recommend him!

My pressure washer was smoking whenever I sued it. I contacted Ricky and he was very responsive. We set up an appointment and he came out and diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He also tested the pressure washer to make sure it was operating properly.

He was a nice guy to talk with. He explained in detail what he was doing and why. He worked right at my house, so I didn't have to borrow a trailer to tow. The work was excellent.

I've used Ricky before to service my lawn mower and edger. When the bolt head snapped off while trying to loosen it, I knew it was time to call in a pro. Ricky used a drill to remove the bolt; took him 2 minutes. While he was here, I also had him replace some spare parts that I had purchased for my mower.

Our 20+ year old Wheel Horse riding mower seemed to be having electrical problem. Every time I tried to install a new battery, sparks would fly to the point where I felt it was just dangerous to make any further attempts myself. Called Ricky's late Friday afternoon, and got a return call the following Monday. Scheduled for him to come out, take a look at the mower, and fix the problem while I was at work. And that he did. Turns out the last place to work on the mower (STI Turf Care) had reversed the battery cables so that black was positive, and red was negative! Not only that, but Ricky also found that the blades were incredibly dull, as if they hadn't been sharpened in years. (something else STI was supposed to have done while the mower was being serviced). Since they were so dull, we went ahead and ordered new blades. They arrived several days later, and Ricky installed those for us too. Since my wife was the one who dealt with him in person, she reported that she was very pleased with how helpful and professional he was. Thanks Ricky! From now on, if anything crops up that I can't handle on my own, Ricky will be the first one I call.

The self-propelled part of mower stopped functioning. I went ahead and loaded the broken mower up in my truck and delivered it Ricky's house on my way to work the next day. He performed the services above and then told me the replacement blade I was using was not really meant for this mower (I put this on myself last mowing season). I had a brand new version of the OEM blade at home, so I dropped that off the next day at his house on my way to work. He got that installed no problem and told me I could drop by around 4:00 that day to pick it up. I was running late and got there closer to 4:30 and he had already left to see another customer. The mower was not in an area where I could get to it without him, so his wife called him on his cell. He apologized (it was really my fault) and said he would have it to me by 7:00 that night. Sure enough, right at 7:00 he showed up at my house with my repaired and serviced mower. This whole process only took about 3 days, so I didn't miss a mowing.

He arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment. Immediately went to work taking the lawnmower apart...cleaned parts...reassembled and tested the mower. It ran perfectly. He removed the blade and sharpened that and replaced it. The entire time frame was about 45 minutes.

Excellent service from Ricky. We called for an appointment and he arrived as promised. Allow a window of time for his arrival. Operating as a small businessman he is subject to be held up at prior appointments. He serviced our riding lawn mower on site at our home. He found that it needed a new battery; he went to pick up our new battery and delivered the following day to install. We were so pleased with his service we asked that he also tune up our push mower as well. A pleasant experience.

I initially tried to contact Ricky via email. A few days later I called him; don't email him -- he's not an email guy! He was very responsive over the phone. He arrived on time and did the work without a hitch.

Ricky was very professional, both on the phone and in person. His trouble shooting, repair and clean up was thorough. I would definitely use his company again. It's totally worth not having to haul a smelly mower in my van to take it to a repair center!

He was polite and knowledgeable. My driveway was new, so he made sure not to spill any oil. Gave me some advice on how to keep the mower deck clean. Overall, the mower is running a lot better after the service.

Expensive but well worth every penny. Ricky showed up on the same day we called him, on time, quickly got our riding mower in shape.

He was on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up after himself. He is reasonably priced, and I have used him since then for other equipment services.

Ricky was great from start to finish - very punctual and seemed extremely honest and ethical. I would highly recommend Ricky to others. He used to work at a hardware store in lawn mower repair and left to start his own business so he has the applicable experience and really knows his stuff. He took his time to make sure that the job was done correctly, spent time testing the mower after he was finished and cleaned up. He also took the time to show me exactly what he did and offered additional operating tips. GREAT GUY ALL AROUND!!

This was a tricky and hard to get at fix but, he showed up early and got it done in record time at a very fair price. It doesn't get any better than this!! He his nice, dependable, and efficient!!!
