Description of Work: Hendrich did a great job. He fit me in the same day and was done within a half hour. I'm sure I paid more since he had to come out to my house but for the convenience it was worth it.

Description of Work: I called him to check out my riding mower because the blades would not stay engaged. He was several hours late to the appointment and did not call to let me know he would be late. He checked out the mower, but was not sure of the problem. He performed some additional services on my riding mower and my push mower which I did not authorize. When the mower was started, the blades engaged like they had done before.He said for me to call him if the blades quit working which they did about 5 minutes after he left .I called him and he said he would come back another day to check it again which he did one day without calling me beforehand. He told me the bearings probably need to be replaced and he would get me an estimate of the repair cost. I never heard from him again.He was very nice and pleasant, but I had to call another repair service to pick up my mower so the $165 I paid him was wasted.That is why I canceled Angie's List as I did not feel I could trust the surveys. I was already out $165 and did not want to spend more money.

Description of Work: Ricky is a very honest professional that knows mower mechanics inside and out. I've had issues with my John Deere mower dying even after addressing in many ways and having someone look at it. Even after the initial "repair" my mower still cut out on me. Where Ricky is different is that he has a very methodical approach and he proceeds in a way to try less expensive repairs to ensure his clients don't overspend or correct something that isn't necessary. Even after Ricky diagnosed the issue, he was still interested in how things turn out which shows his intent to actually help someone and not just collect money.

Description of Work: Ricky repaired a lawn mower that had not been operated for 5 years. The mower now works very well. Ricky responded promptly, arrived on schedule, performed the work well, was very friendly and professional, and I found the price reasonable (particularly considering the convenience of not having to transport my mower anywhere).

Description of Work: I contacted Ricky by e-mail to schedule an appointment for our generator which wouldn't start and my husband couldn't seem to fix. He answered promptly and we scheduled an appointment for the next available time when we could be here to meet him. Meanwhile, my husband resolved the starting problem and I later cancelled the appointment. I would contact Ricky again.

Description of Work: Ricky came out and serviced my lawn mower. He cleaned it up, sharpened the blades, put in a new filter, changed the oil, etc. It is running like a dream now!

Description of Work: SERVICED COMPLETELY ELDERLY DEERE RIDING MOWER, INCLUDING CHANGING ENGINE OIL, AND ADDING TRANSMISSION FLUID, SHARPENING AND BALANCING BLADES, AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE.

Description of Work: RICKY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED MY LAWN MOWER THAT WOULDN'T START. HE ALSO SHARPENED THE BLADE. VERY GOOD WORK.
