Description of Work: Replaced 13 windows, 50 years old and frames rotting. On time. Very neat, vacuumed afterwards. Two years later I still enjoy opening the windows with great ease. One "window" was actually 5 singular windows placed to look like a bay window with 2 casements; a bit tricky but beautifully done.

Description of Work: We had all of our house windows and screens replaced. We had 20 regular windows replaced plus a bay window which had 3 windows in it. Employees were professional, prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The windows included tinting and enclosed framing. We were extremely pleased with the job.

Description of Work: They replaced all the casement windows and two large french doors in my house. The project was efficiently quoted. A week later exact measurements were taken and the windows ordered. About three weeks later the job was scheduled. The job was started on the specified day and completed 6 days later. Everything was cleaned up on a daily basis and the workmen were courteous and helpful. I was advised of any issues as they were discovered and these were all handled to my complete satisfaction. These windows are very expensive but I feel confident I received fair value for the money spent. Obviously, the project could have been done much cheaper but the combination of quality and lifetime warranty drove my final decision to use Mr. Rogers.

Description of Work: We obtained a quote from Mr. Rogers Windows at our home and we met with them in their showroom. The product was top-notch, but we didn't end up going with them because of price. While no-doubt a great product, it just wasn't the right fit for our middle priced home.

This home had a picture window flanked by 2 operational windows and a circle top window over all of them. There was wood rot that made the old windows hard to open and very drafty in the winter. We worked with this homeowner to help solve these issues with some alternate configurations. That is why an inspection and consultation can be helpful to give you options. We took care of everything including removing and replacing all the rotten wood. Even though the windows he chose were a big investment, he will never have to worry about them again. Our lifetime performance guarantee will take care of anything that goes wrong, parts and labor included, for free.
