Amazing! Garrett was our sales guy and he was so thorough, we were completely sold on the Power/Pella windows. The lifetime warranty is stellar. Aiden was also very professional when he came out for the 2nd measurement. Mike came out for the post-installation consultation and double checked everything and made sure we had an awesome experience. Our installer, Mike, was fantastic and respectful of our home. Excellent experience from start to finish

The job was completed in two days, clean up was excellent and it looks great. Lots of communication and very thorough in the process.

Scam artist, It’s funny how we got the windows in, and they had to come to make sure everything was ok. But that was and invite for another up sell. Then they notice I needed a roof. I was up there with him. It was like he was told is there a spot. He wouldn’t give up. Eve thing looked good but kept on looking and climbing. And sure enough bingo there it is. But we got a new roof and what do you know…no one came to see if it was done correctly, cause nothing else to sell. The windows They sold us on the water seeping in do to bad installation and guess what…water still here. I called and emailed no response. They are trained very well to do what they do, that is up sell. Nothing is written down, they show you but when they leave it’s just the bottom number. You don’t even know what was charged for what, the cost of Materials and so on. And the self cleaning window when it rains, now this was funny. I hope I could show a picture.

Team of 3. Efficient, professional, neat, clean. Removed shoes before working in the house, cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied. I can feel the difference when standing next to the large windows, no heat pouring in when standing in full sun in front of windows.

I had 6 windows with seal failure that needed to be replaced. Power Home Remodeling did a great job. They were very prompt. They had the old windows out and the new ones installed quickly and did a great job. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They cleaned up everything before they left.
