This is a shady company. They set right in my dining room and told me to my face that if there was any wood rot when they removed my windows or sliding door they would fix it. Then when thy find some wood rot in a 2ft section of board that my Sliding door screwed down into that sits on top of cinderblock wall, along with about 2x2 of plywood that needs to be replaced they said sorry we are not going to fix that. So they put my old door back in, and not the way it was. It barely opens now and has major damage from where they removed it. Then they stored all their material in my garage and left me in a mess. On top of that the windows they put in have hand prints and finger prints all over them from the installed. I am tired of shady companies and lying salesmen. They can take me to court. Until then they are not getting paid for the 18K worth of windows they put in because the project is not complete. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We were so happy with this experience. Power did a wonderful job. From the presentation to the final inspection everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for making our home look so great.

Great company that did a wonderful job on our house. We love the lifetime warranty and their customer service has been excellent. They have very GOOD people working for this company which shows in their craftsmanship

DO NOT HIRE POWER HOME REMODELING FOR VINYL SIDING INSTALLATION. They installed gorgeous windows in January, so I had no qualms about hiring them to replace my siding in June. Then the nightmare began. The sub-contractor they used left my yard and driveway littered with nails, screws, naked razor blades, sharp pieces of metal and trash. They never tried to clean up after themselves. There were beer bottles in the dumpster each evening and bottle caps littering my yard. They RUINED my new windows. The casings they reinstalled are not level and have dents and odd twists. The way they covered the half-moon window at the kitchen is atrocious. They installed trim around my windows to hide the horrible, sloppy job they did when they cut the siding. And they couldn't even install this trim neatly. None of it is level or straight. The white caulking on gray trim looks like a 5 year old finger-painted it. Then, a week after the install two sections of siding fell off the back of my house. Two managers came a week later (early July) and cleaned up the mess but then tried to tell me my windows were supposed to look like that. And yet, the pictures their inspector took in January and uploaded to their app clearly shows the windows were properly installed in January. What the siding crew did looks nothing like those pictures. Those two managers rehung the siding that fell but now they are coming loose again. Other sections are loose as well. One of the managers emailed me on 8/17/23 saying she would call me the next day to set up time for workers to come out to fix all the problems but I never heard from her again. I called them two weeks later and the manager who answered said they would send people out on 9/15/23 so I took the day off from work. No one showed up. When I called I was told that manager never put me on their schedule for that day or any other day. They rescheduled for today, 9/29/23, and they said an install manager and two workers would be out. I called again this and was told no manager would be out but a full window team would. Two men showed up. It took them 2 hours to reinstall the casing on one window. It is level but still doesn't look like my windows in January. They can't do some of the windows because of siding issues and their manager tried to contact PHR. I called the company again and was told they sent this two-man window team based on my email in August that only said the windows needed to be fixed. That email was a response to my full, written list of demands I gave one of the install managers in July. My full list includes the siding issues. They said they would send another install manager out but didn't know when that would be. Instead of owning up to all the mistakes their siding sub-contractors caused and fixing them from the start, they keep giving me the run-around. Do not trust Power Home Remodeling with siding installation in the Charlotte area.

The whole team were very professional with quality workmanship. They were on time and the project looks great!

Is there a reason why you require both owners to be present for your estimate. Both, my wife and I, have full time jobs and two young children. I am in charge of the renovation, while she takes care of the kids. I had an appointment earlier today. I received a call few hours before to go over a few things. I thought it was going fine, then at the end, I was asked if both owners would be present. I said no, since my wife had to pick up kids from school, etc. At that point the person on the phone told me that they could not come and that I should call back when both of us would be present. I thought was strange. Definitely not doing that. Just curious your reason for this, seems odd.

Everyone we dealt with was great. From the salesman Scott, to the installation crew, to the Quality assurance manager Chris- all were kind and informative through the whole process. The installation crew got things done very efficiently and were pleasant the whole time and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend Power to anyone looking to have work done

Courteous and professional, without the typical salesman push. Quality product (windows installed) and install. Very worry-free experience overall. Each layer of the experience from sales to install has been nothing but kindness and reassurances. The app help keeps track of important documents and dates.

We love the windows and the installers.Unfortunately the windows installed were different then ones shown. The sales person did the demo with their sample against their competitors . It wasn’t apples to apples.When someone came out to our house after install I questioned this. He said he would send someone out (didn’t happen). More than a week later I called again, they said someone would call me back (didn’t happen). On my third try, I finally got someone to talk to me about the situation. I explained what we were sold and what we got weren't the same. He said all the windows from their manufacturer were the same. My complaint was the spacing between the two windows panes . The ones shown to us had a gap big enough to slide your hand between and one pane was supposed to 6mm thick and the other 3mm (wasn’t true . He said they had only 5mm and 3mm thickness. I am familiar with these measurements. Feel this was a Bait and switch. We just want to make sure we got what we paid for.

I can't review their product or service because I can't get through their sales pitch. I'm surprised there are still companies that treat new customers like this. I was impressed with the demonstration of the product and the description of the installion and warranty, but then they offered me a $9000 discount to sign before scouting the competition. This tells me they don't believe in the value of their product, or they think I'm dumb and I'll get suckered into a poor quality product by another company. When I said "no" to the same day price, the salesperson countered with an even lower estimate. He was trying to haggle with me in my own home after making me miss dinner. I had Pella windows installed in my previous home and I was pleased with them, but these old-fashioned high-pressure sales tactics have given me a real sour taste in my mouth for Power/Pella.

I love my windows! The company was professional and did such a great job installing my 4 windows, I'm getting 7 more and new gutters thanks to Chris.

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I was hesitant at first because I never heard of Power but I knew of Pella. The men and women at this company have been more than professional! I feel like they are a part of my family! Thank you! I love the work and am looking forward when I get get my next project done with POWER!

From the beginning of the presentation, Garrett was very personal and professional. Very knowledge about the company’s history and the material used. Very well done presentation and would highly recommend. Pete was also very informative. The crew was hard working, quick and clean.

We had all the windows replaced in our home. We were dreading the ordeal but it was a very good experience. Our sales person, Stephanie Galo, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Joe Nelson spent about 4 hours measuring windows, answering questions, etc. - another great experience. The crew lead by Raphael was professional, hardworking and helpful. Finally, Mike Santos the Quality Assurance man was also very helpful and spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with the project. We would definitely use Power Home again and would recommend them to our friends.

The process was easy. Danny the sales man was very passionate about there product. The windows look great and life time warranty is great. I will for sure use them again on the rest of our windows. I do wish there were more discounts but either way well worth it.

It went very well. Every team member I have encountered has been amazing, personable, genuine and honest. That has been what sold me from the beginning to end.

I have had two jobs done by Power. Both were done on budget and in a timely fashion. Workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone doing this kind of remodeling.

Having windows installed by Power was a GREAT decision! Stephanie Galo came to our home and provided information on window types, installation, and pricing. She was friendly and informative. Answered all our questions and did not put pressure on our decision. The installation crew was timely, professional, and hard-working- I could not believe how efficient the installation process was! A huge thank you to Mike Santos for checking up on the installation, reviewing the warranty, and providing information on his attic inspection. He is a true company ambassador and asset to your team.

I'm very satisfied and happy with my new windows! I found everyone that I spoke to knowledgeable and polite! They don't pressure you to buy!

They free quote was not just a quote at all. We’ve had many quotes on work we’ve had done and the people are in and out and master of fact. This was an entire sales presentation that lasted for 3 hours. It felt very disrespectful and manipulative. Not to mention that they lied concerning our windows. They said they are literally about to fall out. I’ve never seen windows fall out. If I do I’m sure I’ll change my review but I’m sure that is not even close to true. It was such a waste of time. They were really friendly but if they had a presentation to do they were not forthright or to the point. They spent all the time I had allied taking them still wanted to do a presentation. I couldn’t stay and my husband had to Which or us incredibly being on our day. It felt like those stupid time share presentations. But in my home and my space and my time. It was free but not really. It feels like they owe me for my time.

Power home remodeling was excellent in every area. Professional and super friendly , thorough in every area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remodeling.

Great service. Employees, are very knowledgeable, about the company and windows. This was the first time, I couldn’t think of a question to ask. They covered everything. My wife and I purchased an original 1950’s home. The windows were pulley single glass windows. In which needed to be replace. My wife and I have 18 brand new QUALITY windows in two weeks. It only took power company, literally one day to install all 18 windows. You can’t go wrong using this company. Also, pricing is very reasonable.
