Nothing happened - never received a call back.

He was very prompt, honest and very nice.

This is the second time that I have used John. He got back to me right away and he and his daughter came out and took care of what I needed that day!!! He is so knowledgeable pertaining to plumbing it is amazing. He also displays great attention to detail with his work. He gave me all of my options and his recommendations (only after I asked him:)...He is professional and a genuine good guy...I have two more jobs lined up for him in the future.. Thank you John and Madelynn!!!

It didn't go. I didn't schedule appointment.

Arrived on time, was very pleasant to work with, did work as promised and went beyond what was expected.

Paid $39 for $125 worth of plumbing services. Overall a fine job. In the invoice there was a $75 "service fee". That's money for showing up I guess? His set price for cleaning a drain is $175. If I have him unclog a second drain while in the home there is a $75 discount, making it $100 for the second drain. I had him take care of that. In the end I paid $264. For this plumber - I would have paid $350 without the deal. So I feel that was good. He is very competent and knows his trade, but will look elsewhere and do my homework on pricing. The expression "You get what you pay for" is a non sequitur that is rightfully ignored these days. Bunk! - to that $75 "service fee".

They did a great job. The owner stepped out and did the inspection. I had a kitchen faucet that I was really concerned about. It had not been properly installed by another contractor. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He replaced the kitchen faucet. He also checked out the three bathrooms to make sure that they were functioning properly. The total cost was just under $300. It was a really expensive faucet.

It ended up costing me an additional $370. So, I wasn't too happy. He took pictures and showed me what was wrong. I just have a funny feeling that I got taken. He was a fast talker. I think he saw a single older lady by herself. The toilet was running and I'm not quite sure that it needed $370 worth of repair. I thought it was a little expensive for the amount of time that he was here. He was neat and clean and introduced himself.

John Stoked did not have the replace part on truck and had to go to plumbing service to get the correct part. He returned promptly and installed it in the shower handle. The part was about 12 years old and John had to work hard to remove the old part. He did so after a real struggle to remove defective part as I watched . John has a great personally and is very efficient and knowledgable. He even volunteer to check my tankless water heater located up over my garage. I appreciated this very much as I have reached a point in my life (88 years) when I do not climb up stairs anymore . John Stokes is exceptionally friendly. His van is well stocked and he is very proficient.

Purchased big deal for plumber to install a new part for my Moen Kitchen Faucet. He told me he does not like Moen products and that he would only install a new faucet that he provided. I don't feel that I needed a new faucet when a small part that is being provided by the manufacture under warranty is sufficient. I felt as though he wanted to only make more money off me. I do not recommend him for these reasons.

It went great. The Big Deal I purchased saved me about $80.

John was fabulous! He replaced my kitchen faucet, offering me various options, all reasonable. My new faucet matches my kitchen and made my old one look like a sad joke! Then he rebuilt my 20 year-old master bath toilet, which had given me nothing but problems. Now both fixtures run beautifully! John is friendly, professional, and personable. I'd recommend him a million times over! Thanks, John!

Very nice guy. Did a great job on my sink and was prepared by having the faucet in his truck. Also checked my water pressure as well.

I found out one of my water heaters was leaking. I had quotes from two providers, that received awards from angie's list in 2014 but neither one of them shut down the gas to the water heater that was leaking. John told me it needed to be shut off and unfortunately is out of town and could not do it. He recommended a friend of his who works at a company not on Angie's list but with excellent google reviews. He told me how to do it. I don't know how 2 plumbers (and the HVAC person who found the leak) could come look at the units to give quotes and not simply turn the valve to turn off the gas or tell me how to do it. I wish he was available but I will use his company to replace my 4 toilets and for any other plumbing needs.

Company stood out from the beginning. Pathmaker is not your everyday company but the exception to the rule, where they are offering truly customized solutions to fit their clients needs. John is extremely knowledgeable about his business and customer services comes naturally as he wants to provide the best possible solution. We were given FOUR very good options to our situation, each with competitive pricing. Ultimately, we chose the tankless option based on his expertise and recommendation. It was not the least or most expensive option but seemed to work best for us. He is so professional and just an all around nice guy while crossing every "t" and dotting every "i". John even brought in a electrical engineer to consult on this project and was just beyond what we expected. Will DEFINITELY hire again and recommend.

Great. Responded to my "Angie's mail" quickly and was very accomodating of my schedule. On the day the work was done, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way and the exact time he expected to arrive. He quickly identified the source of my warped flooring and explained the root cause. he then suggested a water damage specialist, contacted them for me and waited until they arrived. he also answered some plumbing related questions I had and made some suggestions for preventative care. He was professional and very helpful.

I called John after getting an initial opinion from another plumber that had done some work for me in the past. John came out and discussed the problem with me and helped verify that it was where we believed it to be. He then walked me through some different options for fixing the problem. I appreciated that he was interested in doing the job the right way even if it would be more expensive; while I of course like to save money, I like to hear all of the options and their pros and cons. We agreed on a plan, and the work was done in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process John was very communicative and readily available for questions and status updates. We had to deal with some utility locating issues that he was happy to take care of. While the job was expensive, I'm confident that it was done well and would not hesitate to work with John in the future. He is one of the most trustworthy contractors I have ever worked with, and I'm sure his services will continue to be in high demand.

It went really good. He was my top notch plumber. He was really good. He explained to me a lot of things. I will definitely use him again. I was satisfied with the cost but I cannot remember the exact amount. He checked everything. He was very personable. He will show the problem, what he'll do and what it will entail. I highly recommend him. He responded within thirty minutes. He was right on time.

yhey cost more than the work should and wanted way more than one would think to replace both out side bibs ($600 plus)
