Description of Work: We had a leak evaluated and decided not to have it fixed at that time. He also installed a toilet for us. He was prompt, professional and friendly.

Description of Work: John is thorough, skilled, and professional. I called him to investigate water damage in the ceiling below one of our upstairs bathrooms and to do general maintenance on the toilet in that room. John quickly found a problem that could have accounted for the entire water damage problem--a broken toilet flange. However, he wanted to look further, to be sure there was not anything else wrong. He was careful and took his time, and what he discovered was a crack in the waste pipe leading away from the toilet and a significant amount of black mold feeding on the resulting slow leak. In dealing with the mold remediation and structural repairs, our insurance carrier has told me to never lose John's phone number, because his skill, care, and reasonable cost is rare, in their experience. He saved us from the even more extensive damage we could have incurred. I am sure our 30-year-old house will have more plumbing issues in the future, and Pathmaker Plumbing is who we will call.

Description of Work: Removed a section of galvanized piping, ran new water line to meter using quality materials. John explained every step in this project,including how and why he selected his materials. Some of this work was done in a very small crawl space under the house. Project completed in one day! |Will definitely call John when I have my house re plumbed.
