Description of Work: Needed an old faucet removed from my mom's house. Pathmaker removed the 'difficult-to-remove' faucet, replaced it with one of their quality faucets in inventory and even cleaned up/updated some piping work under the sink. Great experience!

Description of Work: Inspected entire house. Replaced main line and water tank, installed outside faucet, and did miscellaneous repairs.

Description of Work: Reseated a toilet, which entailed cutting off and replacing the flange to which the toilet is mounted; replaced/upgraded the shut off valve and armored connecting hose to the toilet, all of which involved finding the primary shut off for the house; checked the water pressure for the house and cleared one sink drain. He also estimated work involved in replacing the secondary all-house shut off as well as replacing a leaking weatherproof outside faucet installation. The 'deal' was applied to more than one item. Owner - this is a one man company - was here for the better part of half a day. We were overall pleased with the service received.

Description of Work: Had a drippy shower head and since he could not guarantee the existing shower head would not start dripping again handed us a brochure with new fixtures starting at 650.00. Had the shower head repaired for $40.00 by another plumber.

Description of Work: This is the last Angie's list "deal" that I will purchase. Basically, I paid $25 for a sales call. My concern was a leaking toilet which my husband later fixed by adjusting the stopper. Received a quote for several hundred dollars to correct the water pressure for the whole house. Subsequently, that was determined not to be a problem after all.

Description of Work: Replaced one part for $15.00. | I need two whole faucets and tubing. The only thing I was offered was all metal at a cost $175.00 or $225.00 each (I can't remember price) plus high labor cost to install. A very nice man, but I just cannot afford his prices. |

Description of Work: I have a lavatory faucet set (hot, spigot, cold) mounted through a mirror adhered to the wall. One of the faucet valves leaks/drips. The plumber said he did not have the tools to access the valves behind the mirror, through the admittedly small holes. He suggested removing (breaking) the mirror or cutting a large access hole in the other (exterior) side of the wall to make access to the valves easier. So no work was done. |I'm still trying to rationalize the cost of dripping well water vs many hundreds of dollars to tear up and rebuild the wall to get access to the valves.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking toilet and fixed a leaking sink faucet. Checked on psi water pressure coming into house and hot water heater. He was such a nice, thorough man I honestly can't find anything bad to say about him. I do plan to use him again soon.

Description of Work: After doing an inspection on our water heater, a new one was installed. We also had some additional plumbing work done. We are very happy with the work done by Pathmaker and will call them again if we need plumbing work done so that is why the cost of service may seem rather high.

Description of Work: repaired my kitchen sink garbage disposal- removed a small screwdriver that was jamming the flywheel and replaced a leaking flange mount. Polite, professional, efficient and a bit more than I thought I was going to have to spend to get the system running again-I hadn't figured on the leaking flange mount.

Description of Work: John came to fix a drippy faucet. He determined that our pressure regulator was no longer working. He installed pressure regulators on house and irrigation system and right sized the expansion tank on our hot water heaters. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He came back quickly when we had a problem with our irrigation system. (It had some trash in it and was obstructing the water flow and the pressure was increased a little.)

Description of Work: Reviewed plumbing for source of high pitched cavitation noise. Identified source and both a temporary and permenant fix.

Description of Work: They did a plumbing check and replaced a faulty valve in one of our showers and advised on other items at our request. Getting the old component out to replace with a new one took a lot of plumbing skill and patience but they did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.
