Description of Work: They wanted to sell me new items, If I needeed them or not, I had the fauset with me that I wanted them to install. They cut down what I bought and gave me hard the sell to buy there's . The cost is more and I want to stay on budjet. the terms I though I bought is explainded different. It was a total different offer. I never got whaw I paid for. Would not recomand to anyone!

{Member's name removed}, I appreciate your taking the time to leave me a review. I think youre being a bit unfair though. You purchased a big deal offer 18 months ago. Those expire in 6 months. I STILL gave you the full value of the deal. I didnt have to do that. Furthermore, i gave you SAME DAY SERVICE at no extra charge when your do it yourself project went south and you needed a rescue. In regards to the parts i tried to push on you. I never install customer supplied parts or materials. Even less so when the faucet you wanted me to install was salvaged from a used sink a friend gave you. Its not fair or right to ask a professional plumber to install used, junky parts. As for the actual big deal you bought, you DID recieve the full value and that is spelled out on your invoice which was written up for you before any work began and you approved before any work began and you have a copy of. Problem is you didnt LIKE the terms of the big deal becuase you presumed they meant something they did not mean. Thats happened before on that particular big deal so i made sure to explain those details for you over the phone BEFORE scheduling the call. I presume the urgency of not being able to shut the water off made you miss that part. Folks, please read your big deals before buying them. If youre not sure what they include please call before buying. We are happy to go over any questions you might have.

Thanks for the review. Im not sure why I got the grade i did though. I fixed a faucet, a disposal electric issue (and explained you needed to replace it, though I understand you didnt have the money to replace it at the time) and gave you a water heater safety inspection along with checking the water pressure to the house at no extra charge. I did all this for 35 dollars!! All that covered was the cost of parts... no labor. I actually paid you to fix your stuff because I realized you were in a tough spot and was being charitable to a single parent. My fee just for showing up is twice what I charged you to fix everything. So, next time your plumber walks out of your house and refuses to touch anything, understand THIS is why. No good deed goes unpunished for people like this.

[Member name removed], thanks for taking time to leave me a review. When i came to your house i found your water flow greatly reduced. When i checked your incoming well filter i found it clogged almost entirely. While changing it for you (for free as a courtesy) i found eight pipe joint connections leaking in your crawl space. I gave you an estimate for the repair of all of them as well as a price to do the other repairs you called me for in the first place. I did all of that for a few of 39 dollars, not 50, all of which went to Angie's List. I would hardly call that a waste of money.

Description of Work: Pathmaker Plumbing did a fantastic job with the faucet in my tub/shower. When they got here water was squirting out of the faucet, shower, and directly out of the button I pushed to change from tub to shower. Not only did Path Maker fix this problem the person who did the work (I think his name was Kevin or Keith-I have a hard time remembering names) he also fixed a problem with drainage. I've had several plumbers out and had come to the conclusion I'd have to live with slow drainage but Path Makers fixed that as well with no additional charge. I will never use another plumber again. These people are fantastic!!!

Description of Work: I had several leaks under my kitchen sink and I purchased a new fawcett for the kitchen as well as a new water drain holder for my bathroom sinks. Then I also had some minor adjustments done to two toilets in the house. John was very nice and professional. He arrived a on time maybe even 5-10 earlier, he explained everything that he was doing along the way and even showed me different things that were causing my issues. He really know what he was doing and he was very neat and cleaned up everything before leaving. I also like that he is a family man, spoke of his family while here. That means a lot. I would use John again and I will refer him to friends and family.
